It doesn’t toast consistently. Only one side toasts and you have to toast it twice. Disappointing.

The middle burner on one of the slot is out. Doesn't work! Weird because that's why I purchased a new toaster. The middle burner didn't toast any longer. I'll work around it but to be honest this toaster isn't what I had hoped for. Light weight and seems a little junky to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You are absolutely covered under warranty for this and we would recommend getting this replaced. A quick thing you can check before that, is trying another outlet. As this will power cycle the toaster and find out if the middle burner is defective. We are going to have one of our agents reach out to share the information for getting a replacement. Make sure to check your spam and junk folder if you don't notice a message soon.

I’m very happy with my toaster. Multiple size breads and bagels fit nicely and the temperature is very adjustable. Very well made. No complaints.

This toaster is amazing. I love it. I got it as a gift from my sister because I moved into my own place and didn't have one. You put it on the setting you need and the toast comes out perfect. I love that it has a beagle timer as well.

I first chose this toaster for its attractive design. plus it was well rated. I also wanted one with indicator lights for the bagel setting. So far it has performed perfectly.
