This is a great little toaster! It matches my stainless steel GE fridge flawlessly! I live in an older home I don't have a lot of plugs or counter space so I put this next to the coffee maker I had it for about 6 months before I used it to be honest I don't cook a whole lot. Over the weekend I made sausage and eggs a couple times and had toast this thing works flawlessly it has a couple different settings for bagels and larger thicker breads and so far so good I had imagined this thing will work for many many years to come! I also love the easy accessibility of the crumb tray that slides out!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This toaster is better than I expected. Every member of my household can get the exact toasting level they want every time. It took just a few tries at the start, but it's perfect now.
The slots are wide, so you can fit just about any bagel, English muffin, or toast slice you like.
It's easy to clean out the crumb catcher, as you just pull the tray at the bottom out, and let the crumbs fall into the trash.
This should last a long while, but if I need another, I would purchase this model again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It doesn’t toast consistently. Only one side toasts and you have to toast it twice. Disappointing.

The middle burner on one of the slot is out. Doesn't work! Weird because that's why I purchased a new toaster. The middle burner didn't toast any longer. I'll work around it but to be honest this toaster isn't what I had hoped for. Light weight and seems a little junky to me.

You are absolutely covered under warranty for this and we would recommend getting this replaced. A quick thing you can check before that, is trying another outlet. I’m very happy with my toaster. Multiple size breads and bagels fit nicely and the temperature is very adjustable. Very well made. No complaints.
