appears to have a strong issue on toasting English Muffins have to redo them a couple of times to get them lightly toasted..

We'd like to provide information on adjusting the settings on your toaster for your browning preference. We recommend checking the browning setting selected for toasting. You'll want to select a lower setting next time if your toast is too dark and a higher setting if your toast is too light. Also, check that the Frozen button is not selected. Additionally, it's important that the toaster is placed on a firm, level, heat resistant surface to ensure that it toast evenly.

Great buy and solid performance

I really like this toaster. It's easy to use, it has a pop up feature to get the toast out, and it toasts evenly and well. It's easy to clean and dispose of remnants of the toast. What I like is the larger sized slice feature for different kinds of bread or even a bagel. I'm pleased I bought it.

Heating elements are not heating up the same. The bread will be toasted more on one side of my bread so half way thru the toasting I have to flip the bread over to toast the other side the same.

I HAVE RETURNED OTHER BRANDS BUT THIS IS A KEEPER. THE SETTING DIAL IS SOLID DOES NOT MOVE AROUND. IT IS VERY CLEAN LOOKING. GREAT ALL A ROUND FEATURES.
