I like the features offered with toaster and the way the crumb tray works. Toasts quickly. However one side always comes out a little darker. Unfortunately this seems to be a common issue with toastets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

In my opinion it is the best toaster I've ever had, love how precise the toast darkness settings are and the cancel, begal and frozen buttons that light up

Weak Pop Up Spring

Weak "pop up" spring does not raise toast/bagel up enough to be safely removed without tongs.
Cooks toast/bagels to perfection. The browning control knob is a superb feature. Allows precise control of toast/bagel browning. The frozen and bagel buttons are another excellent feature. You will love the toasting performance of this toaster. Just wish it had a stronger "pop up" spring.
