Toasts OK near the bottom of the toaster, but is very light near the top. This has gotten progressively worse with daily use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to help out with your toast not coming out as expected. We recommend checking the browning settings selected for toasting. You can select a lower setting next time if your toast is too dark and a higher setting if your toast is too light. Also check that the Frozen button is not selected.

A good product, but no tray to hold crumbs. Otherwise, I like the product.

We also love this toaster as well! The 7 shade settings allows you to make the perfect toast to your preference every time. This toaster does not have a crumb tray. We will pass your feedback on the tray along to our product team for review.
