Very nice design. I love that the shade control knob clicks at every shade number so that it does not accidently move.

2 slice capacity. Very simple controls with a modern design. Overall the toaster works good at first there is a smell but after running it a few times it seems to go away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We really like the appearance and exterior quality, and it functions well with the exception of perhaps not all of the heating elements inside are working. There seems to be a slightly uneven result on the toast. We’re keeping it though. Better than the black plastic one we had.

We have tried so many toasters over the years and so far this one is the best. It is very simple to operate and works very well. I don’t want to have to read a book to operate a toaster

Initial plastic burn smell, then fine

The first 5-6 uses emitted a plastic burning smell, then normalized. Solid little toaster!
