I like that the slots are wide, so a bagel fits and that there is the defrost feature. I have used the product now for about a month, and I have no issues

Great Toaster

So far the toaster works as expected. I've had it for about a month and like it so far. It's light weight, easy to use, good features including defroster and bagel setting. The bread crumb tray is easy to use too. Only negative is that I wish it was made in USA. Help employee all these people that are out of work.

This toaster works very well. The bread is toasted exactly like you want it and no burning on the edges, which I have encountered with other toasters. I am completely satisfied with this toaster.

Uneven toasting on both one slice or two. Takes forever to toast even on setting #1.
