This thing really works!

I have ALOT of hair. Thick and frizzy. This straightener leaves my hair so straight and so soft in half the time it was taking me with a normal blow dryer. Two things I wish it had a way to kind of curl the ends and I wish it was lighter and didn’t have that bulky battery pack.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best hair tool ever for those who like their hair straight. I have a lot of hair and it usually takes me up to 90 minutes to style my hair, and I was done with this one in 45-50 minutes.
Leaves your hair silky and shiny. Worth every penny.

I tried this last month at my sister’s house and I was blown away! I have wildly frizzy hair and this hair straightener is incredible! My hair usually takes over an hour to dry and then flat iron, section by section. This cut it almost in half! And no damage from the hot plates on a flat iron. I cannot recommend this product enough. It’s worth every dollar.

I love this tool. I think it works absolutely wonderfully. I am someone who has every hair tool imaginable so it was a no brainer for me to pick this up. That being said- I do not think it’s for everyone and I still have to use my regular dyson blow dryer to get most of the moisture out before using my air strait. I am using it as a styling tool in lieu of a brush. For that, it’s amazing. I’m ok with the price but it is pricey for using it as a finisher. Makes my hair smooth and shiny though!

I have the Airwrap and absolutely love it. Thought I'd try the Airstrait to eliminate a step (drying then straight ironing). Airstrait took 3x as long to dry my hair as the Airwrap, left it looking frizzy, and was heavy/bulky to use. I'd return it but I am outside of the 30 day window. Really disappointed :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So let me start by saying I do not own the Aistrait. I used my friend's and can testify that this works wonderful! at the beginning I thought I couldn't justify the price tag but the results are undeniable. My hair is on the wavy/frizzy side and I have thick highly processed "blonde" balayage hair. It took me about 45 minutes and my arms hurt at the end but believe me when I say it's worth it! I loved how smooth, shiny and healthy my hair looked. The straight look lasted 7 days and this is just because I couldn't stand my dirty hair anymore- but it looked just as good as the first day.
I own the Dyson Hair dryer and the Dyson Airwrap and if I had to choose, I would keep the hair dryer, return the Airwrap and buy the Airstrait. The only reason I haven't yet is because they don't sell it in the blue/blush version. (I own the hair dryer and the airwrap in this color so would prefer to have all blue-blush).
Dyson pleaseeee launch the Airstrait in the blue-blush color!!!!!

I was blown away the first time I used this. I have very fine, thin, long hair that’s naturally curly. I hate doing blowouts on my hair because it creates so much frizz. This is an absolute game changer for me. I dried my hair with it and it was straight as a board with zero frizz. What’s better is that it stayed that way… all day long. No more hot plates damaging my fine hair. I can use it in dry mode for touch ups the next day and it works better than my normal straightener. For someone with hair like mine you need to invest in this tool. It is 100% worth every cent.

This "dryer" decreases the amount of time I have to spend drying and straightening my curly/wavy, long, thick hair! I couldn't be happier with it!
It is heavy, but worth the arm workout.
