I have the air warp and the coral straightener and was honestly hesitant to purchase it at first because I found it slightly redundant. However, I have been so impressed with how well my hair works with the airstrait! As a working mom, I wanted something that allowed me to style my hair quickly with relative ease and love how soft my hair is after drying it. I have also found it feels less spilt and “lasts” longer than when I use my coral straighter.
I highly recommend it and if you have a chance to go the demo store in Tysons, VA to try it out, ask for David!

I can’t believe that I caved and spent so much money on this but it is honestly incredible. I am still in shock over how it straightens my crazy hair. I’m 55 years old and have been wearing a ponytail for 20 years because my hair was impossible. This just straightens it effortlessly and quickly. And not that too-straight flat iron straight. It comes out straight but with body, if that makes sense. It takes at least 30 minutes to blow out my hair at a salon. This takes 15, tops, and requires no skills. If you struggle with styling unruly, coarse, curly hair and you can afford this, just buy it. You will not regret it (and if you do, there’s a 30 day money back return window). It is melodramatic to say in changed my life, but I swear, that’s how it feels. I cannot get over what it does and how easy it is!

Outstanding Hair Drying Tool

If you want fast drying Shiny and Smooth Straight Hair, this is your Tool. What would normally take me 30 minutes or more to completely dry and straighten my hair, takes no more then 10 minutes. I dry my hair (right out of the shower) with the air heat element and I finish the process using the cool element on the device. The cool element leaves my hair Shiny and Smooth; no fly aways. This tool is Outstanding, I will never use another conventional blowdryer again Cheers Dyson! You did it again with another Fantastic Product!!

Damaged my hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked for about a month, but then started noticing my hair becoming straw like and thin. Maybe it is my hair type, but I have experienced very bad breakage after using this, and I’ve never had this sort of breakage before. I am very upset because my hair looks silly now with random short pieces, and I am past the 30 days. What do I do?

I absolutely love this! I have long thick hair that use to take me about an hour after showering to do between blow drying then straightening. Now I get it done in half the time and looks and feels so much healthier!

I received my airstraight as a bday gift and I looove it!
It used to take me about 45 - 55 minutes to dry and then style my hair. Now, it only takes me about 20 - 30 mins, which includes the 5 mins it takes me to curl my tips with my regular flar iron, which is the only thing my airstraight does not do. The tips dont look bad straight, but I prefer the curly tip.
Other than that, my hair is left smoothly straight and with no freeze.
This straightner is amazing and definitely worth the tag. The airstraight itself is not that heavy so using it for the 20 - 30 mins is not a hassle. On the other hand the cord is heavy and so I had to leave it on a recent trip I had because it made my carryon somewhat heavy to carry by my self. If I had had a checked bag, I would have brought it.

Too much money for too little quality

I paid 500 for this air straightener and I am so not impressed. Left my hair very dry and very tangled at the end of drying. My 100 dollar blow dryer with brush does so much better. Very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
