Product is good but the voltage is only for US hence I cannot bring that with me whenever I travel out of the country. It would be really NICE to make it like laptop that I can carry around with me.

Game changing! This dryer is so awesome. I love the features that save energy by turning off the flow when I'm not using it. I appreciate how the air is directed toward the hair only too. I can go from wet to straight very quickly or can spruce up yesterday's hair with just a few swipes.

It works but doesn’t wow for curly hair. I have the other Dyson with wands etc and that machine is more efficient

This does not really smooth hair like a flat iron does. On the other hand, it probably does not damage hair like a flat iron either.

After not buying a hair styling tool in years, I splurged on the Dyson Airstrait and immediately fell in love! I’ve been wearing my hair curly (air dry, no fuss) forever, but it’s going gray and the texture has changed—time for a new style!
After watching a few videos, I was able to straighten my hair from dry in about 10 minutes. That’s about as close to no fuss with a styler as you can get (especially from someone who can barely use a hairdryer). Wet to dry takes closer to 25 min, but I’m still getting familiar with that process. The drying feature works well on my scalp area (not perfectly, but close enough). I love the LED screen and the settings are intuitive.
Of course, the best part is that I can style my hair at the beginning of the week and wear it down for several days. While this may not work for everyone’s hair type, it definitely works for my wavy to curly hair. Highly recommend giving it a try!

When I bought this, I wasn't sure it would live up to the hype. So... I kept all the packaging, fully expecting the need to return it. However, much to my delight, it works exactly as advertised! My hair comes out smooth and just the right amount of straight, while still keeping body. After use, the style stays nice until my next shampoo!
