this would be 5star perfect if smaller. as it is, quite difficult to maneuver, especially to have smoothness on top of head. suggest developing a smaller version, about half the size/length. that would be perfect for daily use/maintenance and travel.

Literally a game changer. I no longer need to get keratin. 15 mins tops to blow dry and straighten hair. I cannot recommend enough. Totally worth the $, but there r always sales and discounts.

It's incredible! For someone who gets frizzy hair in a instant... I was amazed my hair remained straight. My only con would be that it's heavy. Also, it does flicker my apartment lights.

The entire hair dryer is too heavy to maneuver, the arms do not open wide enough making it difficult to put youyr hair in and when you put it to your hair to use it = it blows everything all over the place. The cord is so cumbersome - and not flexible making it difficult to move around your head. The plug is so big, it does not fit in my bathroom wall socket - making it impossible to use. The huge black brick that is attahched to the cord is in a difficult to place - it's in a location on the cord that it's too short to fit in the cabinet and too long to sit out ot the way. Overall this is very difficult to use. Its cumbersome, you can't put your hair in easly, its very heavy, large and inflexible to maneuver. I will return it - not what I expected at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this as a gift for Mother’s Day. I love it because it allows me to dry and straighten my hair in less time and when we travel only carry one device. I did receive an email to book my virtual appointment but have not been able to as the links are only for in store.
