[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVED this product! I used it for the first time on wet hair and it made the blowout and straightening process so easy. My hair is so silky soft after using it and it lasts! My hair is super sensitive to humidity because I have a natural wave to it, but after using the Dyson Airstrait my hair stays straight for days. I will definitely be using this in my regular routine now. This was gifted by Dyson Hair to me and I’m absolutely obsessed!

The most amazing thing I’ve read in these reviews is that users received the product as a gift! I would love to try one as I’ve struggled with frizzy, coarse, curly hair all of my life and I’m now 72! Can’t justify the expense without knowing if it would work for me. How do you all qualify for a free straightener?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm thoroughly impressed at how well it worked with my damp hair. Normally my hair is frizzy, flying in around 20 different directions. Even with just a couple of passes per section it tames my hair with ease. I'd be perfect for me if it wasn't so big and heavy.
My hands are small and weak when it comes to grip, so I felt fatigued halfway through trying to hold and use it.
Definitely still recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dyson Hair gifted me the airstrait and decided to try it on my sister in law’s wavy/curly hair. She’s always struggled with frizz and smoothness unless she uses a flat iron. She was shocked at her results! Her hair was smooth and she didn’t even need to use a flat iron to achieve the look she loves. Needless to say she instantly approved and that’s a lot coming from her who’s a very picky person when it comes to her hair tools!

Life-changing!!

I have had this product a week and it has completely changed the way I do my hair. I have VERY frizzy hair, with uneven curls/waves and tons of baby hairs that turn into ringlets around my face and nape of my neck. I’ve had keratin treatments for the last 15+ years… and this thing (once I learned how to use it properly) has literally changed my life. I can now get my hair from wet to beautifully straight and frizz free in 10 minutes. I haven’t touched my flat iron since I got this a week ago! Which is the longest I’ve gone since I was in middle school (I am now mid-30s). My hair feels so light and bouncy and healthy too. Seriously amazing. I promise this is not sponsored!! Just so impressed.

Let me start by saying I am a klutz when it comes to my hair. My hair is thick and wavy and I usually just get frustrated and let it air dry. I’ve frizzed it, burned it, you name it. I need a professional blowout for most special occasions and some minor ones as well. On a whim I decided to try the air strait. I watched the tutorial first. I washed and towel dried my hair at 9:09pm. My hair was straight and dry (and I wasn’t frustrated) by 9:20. I’m amazed! I could do commercials for this product - it’s that good.

Good results that take too long to achieve

I really like the results. My thick curly hair looks sleek and shiny. However, I don’t love how long it takes to achieve those results. I’m a busy working Mom with carpal tunnel, and I can’t afford to spend 40 minutes styling my hair on a regular basis. You really have to go small section by small section to effectively dry your hair. That said, I’ll keep the machine for special occasions and for vacation (as it can style wet or dry hair). But for everyday, I’ll stick with my hot brush multi-styler for a 15-minute style.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Life changing!

I am not one to post reviews. My hair is very thick long and curly. This straightened my hair in 25 minutes. It is the straightest I’ve ever been able to get it myself. It’s so soft and shiny. This tool is literally life changing for me and will save me so much time. The reason for the 4 stars, is because some of the hair flies out while straightening it. It should have been designed better to hold the hair inside the tool.
