[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in LOVE with this product which was gifted by dyson Hair. it has NO steam AT ALL and it leaves my hair sooo slick. it’s also makes it look extremely healthy. it’s also cool how quick it straightens and dries

DYSON DID IT AGAIN!!

I was really hoping I would not need this tool or it wouldnt do the amazing job it does! I have the hair dryer and the flat iron so why would I need this tool? It took a couple of times to get the swing of it and I am hooked the texture and condition of my hair is night and day. Not that my other tools did great but I see the difference. Only negative for me is I have a hard time getting my bangs the way I want but not a deal breaker and to have one tool to travel with instead of 2 is great! Wish the cord wasnt so clunky but dealing with it.

In the past, I disliked blow drying my hair, but since I got this, I can not wait to do it!!! Those comments wishing it would add a wave, it is called "AIRSTRAIT" for a reason.

Great for my naturally curly hair

I’ve never been able to only dry my hair and walk out the door until now with the AirStrait. And, I own the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer , Dyson Air Wrap and Dyson Corral straightener, which always does a wonderful job but doesn’t leave my hair as smooth and soft as the AirStrait. Mine worked so well, my Mom then bought one, too.

It as a great concept. Damaged hair though

Very dissatisfied with this. It has a great concept. I can’t use it for have shoulder length hair. All it did was tangle and damage the hair one side. The air is so strong that your hair flies in all directions. This is the only Dyson product that I don’t like. Extremely expensive and now it will sit on my shelf.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked well.. until it didn’t

When my dyson airstrait arrived I opened and tried it. It worked very well (straightened in two passes). However about halfway through using it on my hair the machine stopped working and had a Contact Dyson message. I tried unplugging and resetting (still contact dyson message). I had to ship the product back to be exchanged for a new one.
My new dyson just arrived in the mail (haven’t used yet.. but hoping for no issues). I did really like the first one- when it worked. For reference I have thick, curly/wavy hair (think Merida from Disney)

What an improvement

Love the ease of use for my tick mid-length hair. The end product was soft and smooth even GI I did a poor job of fully drying my roots. I think it’s going to help with not drying out my hair.
