[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark ThermaCharged Robot has multiple functions for carpet or hard flooring. It doesn't take up much space either with a very accommodating container. Setup was simple and easy with the setup guide. This Shark robot has great pick up power with less noise than expected. Overall awesome robot vacuum and extemely pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a robot vacuum before and I'm super impressed. Mopping may be my least favorite chore, and I may never need to do it again now. It goes over surfaces several times until they're clean, can tell the difference between hard surfaces and carpet, AND it even dries after mopping. The app has a bit of a learning curve, but it is really useful for mapping certain rooms and scheduling.

This came just in time, I was on the market for a robot vacuum and it’s a 2-in-1!
Obviously it can’t do as well as an actual vacuum and mop, but it does take care of what I need for small in between cleanings. Like that it does basically everything it self like the self emptying and self refilling which is a plus, can detect hard wood and carpet, does okay with corners. The app has all that is needed and the mapping does take some time, especially for a house. Hope it becomes a natural part of my home

Keeps floors super clean, very convenient

It is able to “climb” onto carpets and it knows not to mop those areas. The mop feature is amazing and my floors feel super clean after. The only caveat is that it can take a while.

Easily moves between rugs and hardwood. Like the combined mop and vacuum features. Very happy with the product so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this Shark ThermaCharged 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop! I’ve tried several robot vacuums over the years, and this one blows them all away. It actually cleans — not just runs around looking busy!
The heated mop feature is amazing. It gets up dried spills, sticky spots, and everyday grime so easily. My floors have never looked this clean or felt this smooth. I love that it vacuums and mops in one go — I literally press start and walk away.
The suction is super strong, even on rugs and pet hair, and it transitions between floor types seamlessly. The mapping is smart too — it knows exactly where it’s been and doesn’t miss corners or get stuck.
Setup was fast, the app is super easy to use, and I can control everything from my phone (which makes me feel fancy, ha!). It’s also much quieter than I expected, so I can run it while my kids are sleeping.
If you’re on the fence — don’t hesitate. This Shark 2-in-1 is totally worth it. It’s like having a cleaning assistant that never complains or takes a break. My house has never stayed this clean with so little effort!
