[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this Shark ThermaCharged 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop! I’ve tried several robot vacuums over the years, and this one blows them all away. It actually cleans — not just runs around looking busy!
The heated mop feature is amazing. It gets up dried spills, sticky spots, and everyday grime so easily. My floors have never looked this clean or felt this smooth. I love that it vacuums and mops in one go — I literally press start and walk away.
The suction is super strong, even on rugs and pet hair, and it transitions between floor types seamlessly. The mapping is smart too — it knows exactly where it’s been and doesn’t miss corners or get stuck.
Setup was fast, the app is super easy to use, and I can control everything from my phone (which makes me feel fancy, ha!). It’s also much quieter than I expected, so I can run it while my kids are sleeping.
If you’re on the fence — don’t hesitate. This Shark 2-in-1 is totally worth it. It’s like having a cleaning assistant that never complains or takes a break. My house has never stayed this clean with so little effort!

Automation at its best!

layout for cleaning. It’s able to both mop and vacuum at the same time and when it returns to the docking station it will automatically dispose of the dirty contents it just cleaned up. Truly innovative, an auto cleaning feature and automatically fills up the water tank for the shark as well before it departs. I would highly recommend usage of the newer model for customers that are seeking more automation and efficiency.

Great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark ThermaCharged 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop is great! It saves me so much time vacuuming and mopping the floors. You just select what you want cleaned through the app and it starts going. I love the fact that it also has a light to clean in dark rooms and under the bed. It also empties itself and refills its own water tank at the base. The little brush also helps get dirt from hard to reach places.
However, there are some things I think could be improved. It takes forever to make a map of the house, which is understandable if it were a one time thing, but I’ve had to make a map twice due to a disconnection. It also doesn’t vacuum rugs as strongly as a regular full-sized vacuum does.
Overall, even with these downsides, I do think the purchase is worth it. It does the job great and you can come home to a clean, good smelling house.

We all love our “Sharkira” she’s smart, quiet, map

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone at home loved the new Shark robot vacuum and was super excited to try it, especially since it means no more constant vacuuming or mopping! That alone is a huge plus for us. I love that you can schedule clean times, choosing which days and times it vacuums or mops. It even creates a map of your house, and compared to other robot vacuums, the best part is how smart it is, it avoids bumping into objects and doesn’t make loud noises.
I did run into a small WiFi issue, but after trying to reconnect and starting to add a new one, it suddenly fixed itself. Hopefully, that was just a one-time problem. Other than that, we absolutely love our “Sharkira”!

This little robot honestly feels like a quiet helper that just knows what to do. The design is so clean and smart — I love that it vacuums and mops at the same time, leaving the floors fresh and spotless. It saves me so much time, and I can focus on my other tasks while it moves around doing all the cleaning work for me. It’s amazing for anyone who likes to keep things pristine but also values their time. The battery lasts about an hour and a half on low power—great for a full clean, so I don’t worry about it running out mid-task.
I had a tiny issue with logging into the Shark app (probably just me or my phone), but it didn’t affect the experience with the product itself — everything works perfectly once set up. It’s such a satisfying feeling to come home and see the floors shining without lifting a finger. The Shark Therma Charged really makes life smoother, cleaner, and honestly, just a bit happier.
