This was a warranty replacement. This one works way better. We have two dogs and a cat, and this definitely helps in keeping our hardwood floors clean between our deep cleanings. We don’t see no where near as much hair on the floor. The mopping keeps the floors looking clean. The runtime is optimal. I’d recommend this one to anyone who has pets or just want to keep their floors looking good between deep cleaningsx

I bought this 6 months ago after debating for months. If I was going to go with another shark. I had one before but it ran over dog poop twice while we were on vacation and it couldn't be saved (had it for 3 years) so I love sharks other vacuums so i went with this one but the brush roller broke a few months in and now there's no replacement. I found a brush roller that works ish but it's not close enough to the floor so the vacuum misses a lot of dirt. I have a very big house and 4 extra large dogs (2 shed) very disappointed in sharks robot vacuum. The mopping feature does work. So that's pretty much all its good for. The most expensive mop I've ever owned. Shark do better with keeping parts in stock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We absolutely love our Shark® PowerDetect™ ThermaCharged Robot Vacuum & Mop!
With three dogs in the house, keeping up with pet hair, dirt, and muddy paw prints can feel like a full-time job, but this machine has been a huge help. The vacuum does an excellent job picking up pet hair and debris, and I'm continually impressed by how quiet it is while it works.
The mop feature is what really sets it apart. It cleans our floors beautifully, and the heated mop leaves them looking fresh and spotless. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the floors dry afterward, which is especially important with pets constantly running through the house.
The NeverTouch™ Pro Base makes maintenance simple, and the entire system feels efficient and well-designed. It's one of those purchases that makes you wonder how you ever managed without it.
If you're a pet owner looking for a reliable robot vacuum and mop combo, I highly recommend this one. It has made a noticeable difference in keeping our home clean with much less effort on our part!

This vacuum mop is amazing! I love the fact that I do not have to constantly add more water during one cleaning. I also love the fact that it returns the dirty water, and cleans the pad before going back out. On my old vacuum mops, I would change the pad when I added more water. We live in a two story home. I plan to buy another one to handle the upstairs floors.

I was one of those people that always said, what is wrong with lazy people and robot vacuums. Boy was I wrong. I got this for my wife for mothers day, and I have taken it over. We LOVE Sparky. This thing vacuums and mops. Not very hard to set up and run. It's worth every penny. The house has never been cleaner. I love the no touch features. It pretty much takes care of everything. I just empty the dirt bin and the dirty water receptacle when needed. And fill the clean water tank when empty. Which is not very often. I love this robot and can't wait for one that will clean the toilet and do the dishes. I am sold on robotic cleaners.

shark please update your phone app its terrible and old firmware its from 2018 i think.need to keep up with those robots apps.

We love our little helper

Very good robot vacuum and mop combo. I love that I don’t have to touch anything for a while. It cleans its self with hot water and also dries the mop after cleaning. The instructions are very easy to follow. It vacuums very nicely and I loved that it blew air to get everything away from the walls or corners. Definitely know it’s not leaving anything behind. It does vacuums first and then goes back empties and then starts to mop. Which I think is nice because they the whole system is not wet and molding. We named him Mr. Butler and he is the perfect little helper to someone who has 5 kids who are very messy.
