Not a bad choice... not worth for price.

Its not a bad choice if you need your house to be clean. Not great for deep cleaning. The mop just skims the surface not removing any stains just making the floor wet. Robot is very loud and takes very long to clean. It does a good job vacuuming though. It really sucks at avoiding things. It always runs into objects.

Decided to get a robot for vacuuming

first Robot pack works pretty good
The software interface has a lot to be desired. You can't Change the size of the spot cleaning.
You cannot rescan for carpets without deleting the whole map. Would be nice to scan one room for carpets or edit map for carpet.
Really happy with the way the bots clean !
I bought two, one for upstairs all carpet ,one for downstairs tile, and carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great vacuum! As you can see it avoids bumping into furniture or anything else that may be in the way. It also has a mop feature which is amazing. It is a self cleaning vacuum which is a huge bonus. We have a dog that sheds tons and this little robot is a life saver! It was easy to set up and maps out your house. I especially love that you can specify rooms or areas of the house you want it to clean. Would recommend!

Purchased this machine almost a month ago and I LOVE it! The only hiccup I have with it is that the WiFi signal could be better because I will have it scheduled for a vacuum/mop and it does not connect. IT really needs to check into this because it’s happened 3 times since I’ve had it. I then have to go in and manually start a clean from my location and it works but that defeats having it scheduled.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't waste your money

Awful product. Worked for a couple months, now just bounces off the walls goes, into areas it's not supposed to, and doesn't finish cleaning the entire map
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not waste your time. Had it less than 5 hours and already returning the product. Does not connect to wifi and support is non existent.

Died within first week

Stopped working within one week. Keeps giving different error messages. If this issue is resolved satisfactorily I will revise this review but for now I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Nice for bigger houses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think if you have a bigger house this would be a lot more useful. My house is pretty small so the robot struggles to go in between the chairs. In addition you have to almost preclean as it doesnt do an amazing job at avoiding smaller items that may be on the ground. I think the Mop function works okay but I dont feel the floors really get clean from it. It's more of a light swiffer situation. Overall if you're using this to keep things tidy between deeper cleans I think it's worth it. Otherwise I would pass
