I got it a few weeks ago, it's doing a great job, wish it had a bigger mop solution cleaner that came with it and where to buy it and extra parts instead of me playing hind and go seek for them on the Internet.

This thing is THE BOMB!! I am a harsh critic and agonized over this purchase, did my research, read reviews, watched videos, stalked the website prior to purchase, but it does everything it says it does. Impressed by how well it mapped my home, gets around, and it mops soooo well! App could be a little more intuitive, but I figured it out. It fills itself, empties itself, washes and the mop pad, shows me what it cleaned. It’s AMAZING!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Convenient, app needs upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well for picking up dust, dirt, and dog hair in between thorough vacuuming. The mop works for small areas but I found it lacking for mopping a large kitchen/dining room area. Big concern I had was a clog of the vacuum. The device did not alert me there was an issue and I didn't notice until there was little to no debris in the dust bin. The app could also use a major upgrade. Overall, would recommend!

If you’re wondering if this robot vacuum is worth it, it may be important to do your research. I did mine and I’m overwhelmingly impressed by this amazing robot. Not only does it clean my area rugs well along with my tile floors, but it does so with grace, precision, and ease. In a house with two dogs that shed and two young children, it’s hard to believe in the reliability of these products. However, after running a full clean (vacuum + mop) my floors, rug and tile both, are SPOTLESS. Not ONE crumb or stain on my floors. And all of this without moving a finger.
Just for background, I’m upgrading from Matrix Plus 2-1 and this might only be 3 years newer, but the difference feels decades newer. If you’re wondering if you should try this product, I recommend without a doubt. I woke up while it ran overnight and the stress of a dirty floor is gone. Give it a try!

Recently replaced my Detect Pro vacuum only Shark with this Vac/Mop version. When and where it does mop is very good. However, the biggest issue I have is with mop only in a room that has carpets/rugs. It cleans the hard floors well, but gets frustrating stuck navigating the rug areas and won’t leave for several minutes, getting stuck up against furniture. It eventually works its way out, but with the intelligent mapping, it should know to just go around. Wastes a lot of time running over the rugs for no reason. This could be fixed if the robot could run a single room like a whole house vac/mop. Vacuum the carpets/rugs first and then get the pad and mop the hard floors. Would go a lot quicker.
