Malfunctioned immediately

I purchased this product a month ago. It mapped my house and ran one mopping cycle. I loved the results of the mop but the rib at failed to dock. When manually returned to docking station, the bot would not leave the dock or would scoot off the dock and get stuck immediately. I’ve tried to make a warranty claim but cannot get past the required troubleshooting page. There is no phone number to call. Support is all AI and useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and outstanding performance

Purchased a few weeks ago as an upgrade to our Matrix Clean unit. The cleaning and mapping technology has greatly improved and the Power Detect ThermaCharged system cleans beyond our expectations. Its ability to detect even small amounts of dirt is incredible and it automatically adjusts suction power to match the amount of dirt it detects. The mopping function is incredible and is truly fully automatic and no fuss. It creates very accurate maps and easy navigates without a single issue of getting stuck. The unit easily detects carpets and lifts the mop well above them. This is by far the best robot vacuum we’ve had. We highly recommend it!

Never returns to the base on its own. Always dies randomly in the house. Disconnects from WiFi once a week or more and the cleaning is awful compared to to the shark robot I have.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Still very early days of owning this, but so far I've been pleasantly surprised with it. It's ability to identify where rugs are is great while mopping. Being able to set it up on a schedule is great, as you can select specific rooms to clean. Every evening I have this vacuum my kitchen during the night. The only drawback I've found so far is that you can't map two floors, living in a 2-story house this is a little inconvenient. There is a workaround, but it isn't ideal. Hopefully this is something that can be added in the near future.

I’ve had this a little less than 2 weeks. I love not having to refill the water tank everyday. Very convenient. After mapping numerous times, it still chooses to miss one room in my house.

Goes in circles

Like it mostly!
Cannot run it unattended as it seems to just go in circles on the smooth low shag carpets- not stuck with the brush arm but in two different locations in home it just won't get out of the circling motion.
But otherwise ok so far.
