Terrible robot that tries to drown itself

This vacuum was broken on arrival. It would not complete even a single exploratory run. It would repeatedly attempt to start a run, give an error for a malfunctioning motor, then attempt to drown itself by filling itself with water that it would fill its base fully like a pool and splatter everywhere.
Absolutely terrible device 0/10 - would not recommend unless you enjoy mopping up after a broken device for fun.

1 month in and caught it on sale. Half the price!! 2 Teenage boys,,5 cats & 3 dogs ! Literally AMAZED! Truly thought I was wasting money but now I know I'd spend it all over again. Tiled house with throw rugs. Cleaning about 1500 sq ft . PLUS FACTOR IS IT'S EASY TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE

Both my daughters have one and I love mine! As a business owner, I don't have a lot of time on my hands and the robot vacuum & mop helps me keep my floors clean. The ease of the app and scheduling when I want the floors mopped helps to ease up on all the items I have to keep in check. I choose to empty and clean the receptacles once a week, but the robot can go longer depending on your household needs. Looking forward to buying one for upstairs!
