[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!!! What an absolute game changer of a product. Will 1000x recommend this shark product. I’ve owned several robots and none come close to this one. Super efficient and versatile. Low maintenance and super great quality. Absolutely love this robot and makes my life 100x easier.

Incredibly useful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot has quickly become our 3rd pet and we love him so much.
Okay but seriously- I was skeptical. I didn't think a robot would be able to compare to a normal mop or broom. I was very wrong!
It does struggle to get close to objects or at the edges of walls, but for the most part, it does the job REALLY well. Even leaves those super nice vacuum lines in the carpet!
The roller is quick to get hair stuck on it so you have to keep an eye on that which kind of defeats the "no-touch" purpose, but it isn't a hassle to clean it.
The vacuum setting is much quieter than a regular vacuum which my cats definitely appreciate! And the mop setting gets the floors SO clean and the cleaner smells nice.
Neither setting takes very long either- our biggest rooms only take around 15 mins for it to clean.
It's really good at sensing things and going around them, but if you have smaller objects on the floor, they will need to be moved.
The fact that you can schedule it to auto-clean on certain days/times is SO USEFUL. I love coming home to clean floors or using it as an alarm knowing that everything is nice and clean when I get up.
Overall, I absolutely love this robot. It's not just a product, he's a member of our family!

Makes my life soooo much easier!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly love this product! I previously had an off brand cleaning robot for my floors that would either end up with a tangled brush every 5 minutes or stuck somewhere it shouldn’t be. This vacuum and mop combo from Shark is the best I’ve seen! Firstly, I love that it both vacuums AND mops!! It can detect carpet and avoids those areas while mopping after you use the mapping feature in the easy-to-use accompanying mobile app. You simply fill up mop water , solution, and a scent pod in the housing station for the robot. I love the feature that if the vacuum gets full before finishing, it returns to its base to empty itself and then continues the job!!!! I don’t have to stop every 5 minutes to empty the robot either. I simply empty the dirt from the base once or twice a month. It does a great job at vacuuming, mopping, and not getting stuck on furniture or carpet!!! Added bonus: I was blown away when I realized that the robot even cleans & dries its own mopping pad! I definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants a little more time for themselves not spent doing housework!!!!!!

The Shark ThermaCharged 2 in 1 Robot Vacuum and Mo
on October 12, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark ThermaCharged 2 in 1 not only does it look premium, but it also feels premium, a high-end product that has a very nice design.
It cleans super well, and the base cleans the mop with both water and air, it also empties the dustbin, and it refills the tank, so there is minimum maintenance so that is a plus for us, especially on those busy weeks.
And as for the setup, it is easy, connect it to Wi-Fi using the application, fill the tanks and let the robot go to work. And speaking about the app, we can make a lot of different adjustments such as where to clean or not, spot cleaning, set up a schedule, and more.

It has been working great. For the most part, we have hardwood floors and some area rugs, and it has done well on both.
it vacuums where it needs to and mops where we want it to.

Our new Shark is super-efficient and useful; I do not think we can go back and use our handheld vacuum the way we use to. We are very happy with our ThermaCharged.

The Best Robot Vacuum I’ve Ever Owned
on October 11, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m seriously impressed with this Shark! It cleans so precisely and carefully, not just wandering around like many others. It can lift itself to move over big gaps or transitions between rooms, which is such a smart feature! The suction power is strong, and the mopping function leaves my floors spotless and fresh.
It’s also super quiet, so I can run it even when my child is napping. The self-emptying base and easy maintenance make cleaning totally hassle-free. It feels very durable and well-built, and the heated mop dries quickly, which is a great innovation.
Overall, it’s efficient, intelligent, and versatile—definitely the best vacuum and mop combo I’ve owned. It saves me time and effort every single day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The absolute BEAST of a vaccum and mop! The shark power detect is so powerful and cleans and mops my hardwood floors so powerfully. I am so impressed at the polished look the mop gives! Just look at the way my floors shine—-they haven’t looked this amazing since I had them installed. I’m addicted to this product. So thankful for the extra help it’s providing me in keeping my house clean and my floors tidy! No more back breaking vacuuming or mopping! This product takes care of it all with ease!

Absolutely Amazing – The Best Robot Vacuum I've Ev
on October 10, 2025
Posted by: parthp7_8136
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot overstate how incredible this Shark ThermaCharged 2-in-1 is. After going through a couple of other brands, this one is in a league of its own. It is absolutely amazing and has truly revolutionized how I maintain my floors.
The "hands-free" claim is 100% accurate. The NeverTouch Pro Base is a game-changer—it not only empties the bin but actually washes and heat-dries the mop pad. Coming home to a clean, dry mop ready for the next job feels like magic.
What truly blows me away is its intelligence. It is amazing at identifying room layout and navigating my home efficiently. It doesn't just bounce around randomly; it cleans methodically, getting into edges and under furniture with ease. The Dirt Detect feature really works, and it powers through pet hair and debris without a hitch.
Other standout features for me are how easy it is to schedule cleanings from my phone and the peace of mind from the NeverStuck technology, it just doesn't get hung up on rugs or cords. With so many other great functionalities, it feels like a premium, set-it-and-forget-it system.
If you're on the fence, just get it. This is the auto-cleaner you've been waiting for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THANK YOU SHARK! You have created a product that truly makes my life easier. I downloaded the app, pressed a button and walked away. Within an hour the entire first floor of my house is vacuumed and mopped all while I was able to accomplish other things around my house. Having people over last minute but you aren’t home? No problem, you can turn the robot on from anywhere and come home to a clean house ready to greet your guests. As a busy mom to little kids this product has been a game changer!
