The GOAT of clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Power Detect Therma-Charged Vacuum Mop Robot isn’t just a cleaner—it’s a miracle with wheels. It vacuums like it’s angry at dirt and mops like it’s getting paid overtime. My floors went from “crime scene” to “five-star resort lobby” in one run.
The therma-charge feature? Basically a spa treatment for your tile. It glides around like it owns the place, finds every crumb, and then dramatically returns to the dock like, “You’re welcome.”
I’ve owned a lot of gadgets, but this one? It’s the GOAT of clean. If it could fold laundry, I’d put a ring on it.

I’m amazed by its efficiency and versatility — it vacuums and mops perfectly while I just relax. The innovative features like the heated mop, PowerDetect, Dirt Detect, Odor Neutralizer Technology and NeverTouch system make cleaning totally hands-free — I literally just tap my phone and it does everything itself! The setup and maintenance are super easy, and it feels really durable and built to last. I’m so happy to have this smart little helper in my life!

This robot effortlessly switches between vacuuming and mopping, and it actually cleans—not just glides around like other bots I’ve tried. It picks up every strand of dog hair, even from corners and under furniture. I recommend this 100%.

Incredibly powerful and convenient!

This was a game changer, and something that I appreciate, as someone who values efficiency in these types of products. It is incredibly easy to set up and manage, especially for someone like me who isn’t the best at technology in general. I seriously love this so much, and it has really good suctioning power as well. I am so so happy that they provided a sample of the mopping liquid, so that I could test out the mopping capabilities as well. I do wonder if other mopping solutions work as well or if it specifically only the one they provided. The app is also incredibly easy to use and user-friendly. The convenience of this product is amazing, and although I have only ever had iRobots up until this point, I really think I may have to switch to Shark just because of the suctioning itself, which is very powerful, and much better than the iRobot. I am so glad that I got to try this out, and it has been a pleasure to use it! This also has several cool features on it like the clean and dirty water buckets built into the charging station. It automatically transfers the water from one to the other, perfect for you to conveniently throw away. It also has plenty of storage for garbage, and more than that it has a really nice no-smell cartridge for the trash has different levels of smell intensity as well! Everything with this product is made with convenience in mind, and I am so glad I got to try this out!

Cleanest floors of your life

Setup took a little time — you need to attach the brush, install the filter, fill the water tank, and download the app — but the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
It does a great job picking up dog hair, which was a big reason I bought it. My dog usually gets nervous around vacuums, but this one doesn’t seem to bother him too much — it’s not whisper-quiet, but not overly loud either. Just a reasonable noise level for the power it delivers.
It also handles small ledges and transitions between rooms really well, which has been an issue with other vacuums I’ve tried. The suction is strong and adapts well to different surfaces. I also like that it stays cool with the thermal charge system, and it feels like a sturdy, well-built machine.
