[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot overstate how incredible this Shark ThermaCharged 2-in-1 is. After going through a couple of other brands, this one is in a league of its own. It is absolutely amazing and has truly revolutionized how I maintain my floors.
The "hands-free" claim is 100% accurate. The NeverTouch Pro Base is a game-changer—it not only empties the bin but actually washes and heat-dries the mop pad. Coming home to a clean, dry mop ready for the next job feels like magic.
What truly blows me away is its intelligence. It is amazing at identifying room layout and navigating my home efficiently. It doesn't just bounce around randomly; it cleans methodically, getting into edges and under furniture with ease. The Dirt Detect feature really works, and it powers through pet hair and debris without a hitch.
Other standout features for me are how easy it is to schedule cleanings from my phone and the peace of mind from the NeverStuck technology, it just doesn't get hung up on rugs or cords. With so many other great functionalities, it feels like a premium, set-it-and-forget-it system.
If you're on the fence, just get it. This is the auto-cleaner you've been waiting for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THANK YOU SHARK! You have created a product that truly makes my life easier. I downloaded the app, pressed a button and walked away. Within an hour the entire first floor of my house is vacuumed and mopped all while I was able to accomplish other things around my house. Having people over last minute but you aren’t home? No problem, you can turn the robot on from anywhere and come home to a clean house ready to greet your guests. As a busy mom to little kids this product has been a game changer!

Worth the hype

I’ve heard nothing but good things and I know someone who also has one and this thing is so cool!! I am in the midst of moving but I wanted to make sure everything was intact. It comes with a bottle of the Shark VacMop liquid as well. Coming from someone who has watched this do its job I can’t explain how excited I am!!

Everything you need (and want)

First of all - the pure sense of joy and calm that comes from knowing my floors are being cleaned at the same time I am making dinner - is enough alone for a 5 star review. I am Type A, a full time teacher, a full time parent, a dog mom, a wife (you know the drill - alllll the things). So, to be able to take something like clean floors off my daily/nightly to-do list, is nothing less than amazing. Here’s the thing though - the floors are CLEAN my friend - like not a speck of dirt, dog hair, or leftover crumb stuck to the bottom of your foot when it’s done. It picked up things that my stick vacuum (by another brand) would leave behind. AND it cleans under the beds!! Nothing gets in its way - it doesn’t bump into walls but somehow detects them before (the same for random objects not in your original map). It doesn’t just clean the floors but effortlessly cleans carpets and door mats! Plus, it leaves behind those super satisfying lines that scream, “hey, look at me, I’m freshly vacuumed!”. Shark is going to be a household name in our house. I’m impressed and an eager to try their other lines.

From the moment I set it up, I was blown away by how smart and efficient it is. It doesn’t just vacuum; it deep cleans, leaving my floors spotless and streak-free every single time.
The PowerDetect feature is brilliant — it automatically adjusts suction power depending on the mess, so it’s equally amazing on tile, hardwood, and carpet. And the ThermaCharged mop? It actually uses heat to lift dirt and grime, making my floors look freshly scrubbed with zero effort from me.
My favorite part has to be the self-emptying, self-cleaning, and self-refilling base. I can literally forget about it for days, and it still keeps everything perfectly maintained. It vacuums like it’s angry at dirt and mops like it’s getting paid overtime. My floors went from “crime scene” to “five-star resort lobby” in one run.
The therma-charge feature? Basically a spa treatment for your tile. It glides around like it owns the place, finds every crumb, and then dramatically returns to the dock like, “You’re welcome.”
I’ve owned a lot of gadgets, but this one? It’s the GOAT of clean. If it could fold laundry, I’d put a ring on it.
