Best Cordless Available

This one is the perfect cordless vacuum. You can get underneath couches and beds. You can switch from tile to carpet without effort. The detectable handle can get behind washer machines and inside sliding door tracks. Decent battery and good power.

Love it and it is amazing how you see all the stuff on the floor with the lights, I thought my Dyson was good but this is way better , won’t be buying anymore dysons from now on, only shark ❤️

It’s just OK!

I’ve been trying multiple cordless vacuums. This one is just ok. The suction isn’t amazing and it does NOT suck crumbs from corners well. I feel like it works best when on “boost” mode as shown in the video, but even so it doesn’t suck much from corners.
It has a self cleaning system which is convenient. It’s nice and compact and easy for storage can fit into any corner in your home. It’s ok not amazing I will be trying out other cordless vacuums until I find my favorite one.

Very disappointing

I have had multiple shark vacuums-:why you ask- I have 6 German Shepherds and to say I live in dog hair is an understatement. My favorite vacuum was the lift a way navigator - I can't remember the model number but I do remember that when I purchased it, it came with a rolling caddy that turned it into a canister vacuum. It had an attachment that had a terrycloth cover that was removable and washable. When that vacuum finally broke down, (it lasted 5 years) this model was no longer available. I decided to try other models- I tried the canister vacuum- it was ok but not perfect. I also tried the stick vacuum, as well as the vortex. I still have it but I do not use it. I found the little roller in the front gets clogged and then breaks. I was getting very frustrated having to stop and clear the roller every few minutes. Ultimately, the power head plastic that holds the rollers broke. I refused to purchase another head and was questioning my sanity as I considered ANOTHER shark vacuum. Ignoring the logical part of my brain, I purchased the cordless IP3251 - this model boasts the best in pet hair removal- let me tell you, the hair clogs the roller. The roller on my new vacuume has already broken. I know you are thinking- the hair of 6 German Shepherds- no way can a vacuum handle that but, i pick up the loose clumps of hair before vacuuming so the vacuume doesn't have to work so hard. I have tile floors so scooping loose hair is very easy. Any vacuume that has that little roller in the front, in my opinion. is NOT appropriate for pet hair. I have many shark/ninja products- I have 2 slushy machines, 2 blenders and the foodie, although I am loyal to the brand, I am very disappointed in the vacuumes I have purchased. I am considering trying a new manufacturer.

Hard to push

Although I love the concept, I could not use it on carpeting. It was very difficult to push. Even the troubleshooting guide suggested it should be returned. I’m very disappointed.

Don’t waste your money or time

The absolute worst. I have had this 7 months now and it’s been a problem since day 1. Not good for hardwood floors, just blows dirt around. Hair constantly gets stuck in the wheels so I have to take it apart. I actually miss my Dyson. But honestly, this has just led me back to a broom and dust pan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Shark PowerDetect ❤️ It has the auto empty bin which makes vacuuming actually fun! My husband and I were shocked at how much pet fur it pulled out of the carpet-I don’t think my old vacuum was really doing much. We’re Shark fans for life!!
