Very nice vacuum, throwing out my previous one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know if I’m allowed to compare it with another brand here, but I’ll try to explain without naming the other brand, lol.
We have two dogs (1 German Shepherd and Labrador/Retriever mix) and 1 cat, and had a cordless vacuum from another very known brand. It just dies right in the middle of our cleaning (not even), and I mean the quick hair vacuuming.
So happy with this new Shark Cordless PowerDetect, since it automatically detects the floor type (carpet or other), and have dirt detection, where it lowers/higher the power of suction. I don’t have to bend over to clean under tables, chairs etc. Also it cleans and charges itself, have quiet mode, have odor neutralizer which makes me like it even more.

My Favorite Vacuum

I generally love it and would buy it again. Being cordless results in my using it more often. The bin shows what I vacuumed up and shows more than I expected for casual use. The automatic emptying is great since the on-device collection bin is small. I like that it automatically switches from carpet to hardwood flooring mode. Shark appears to have put a lot of thought into how it bends and the attachments. The thing that I’m not as thrilled about is that it is sometimes hard to push on carpet. Maybe it has to do with the carpet fibers but it can be easy to push in one direction and almost impossible in another direction. This typically happens on relatively flat area rugs and not so much on normal carpets. If I lower the angle that I’m holding it at it becomes somewhat easier to push. I can work around this issue so it isn’t a deal breaker for me it’s just that I never had this problem with my other plug-in vacuums so it caught me by surprise. Even with this issue it’s still the vacuum I reach for first now.

Makes vacuuming fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free in order to share my honest review. The Shark Cordless PowerDetect Clean & Empty System Vacuum made vacuuming fun. This cordless vacuum is easy to maneuver, has great suction power, a long battery life of 70 minutes between each charge, and it’s fun to empty the collected stuff. When vacuuming there are 3 levels for the area you are cleaning: purple, lavender, and white. I was surprised by how much purple I had, but was happy to see the white show up to mean it’s clean. Additionally, the tools are super easy to use. The attached emptying system is easy to use and sort of fun to hit a button and watch it go away. I honestly look forward to using this cordless vacuum and highly recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Powerful Cordless That Empties Itself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shark has come up with a fantastic cordless self emptying vacuum! The Shark Power Detect Clean & Empty Cordless Stick Vacuum . This vacuum is perfect for those who have pets with fur that flies everywhere. The stick itself will angle to reach underneath furniture without having to get down on all fours like your furry friends. The battery life was great, I vacuumed for over 1 hour and power was full force. It also pulled up a lot of leftover debris in my long shag area rug. It was a breeze to use on my porcelain tile floors and I love not having to stop to unplug and re-plug in as I vac throughout the house. There is a crevice tool and upholstery brush attachment included. As soon as you place the vacuum back on recharging base, an emptying process cycles through twice. This is the ultimate feature for those who hate to empty their vacuums. There is an odor neutralizer cartridge on the discard bin which is a nice feature. I highly recommend this great cordless vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow the suction on this vacuum is unbelievable, it feels like I'm taming a jet plane. I'm the proud fur mom of a husky, she literally sheds all year long. This got her hair vacuumed up in a few swipes. The best part is I just put it back on its brackets and the vacuum cleans itself! In the video I showed how fast it got her hair, and the settings. The 3 settings are turbo, regular vacuum suction and no bristle spin. The battery last about an hour per full charge. The vacuum on turbo is quite loud but I can deal with it.
