Wrong part for vacuum

Put product together, no instructions just figured it out. One problem tho, came with a crevice device that does not go to this vacuum. Vacuum attachments round, this is oblong and does not go to this. Wonder if this was a return and wrong parts put in box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Short battery life

Overall it's an ok vacuum but I'm disappointed with the battery run time; on boost mode it only lasts 12 minutes! I can't vacuum my family room in that time! On auto or eco mode it definitely doesn't have as much suction as my old corded shark.
Not sure it was worth the high cost.

Game changer!

I bought this a month ago after moving into our new (very old) house that is still under reconstruction after mold remediation. As you can imagine there is endless contractor messes and dust. This vacuum is a game changer! I was able to vacuum fully under a very dusty king size bed by adjusting the handle to the bendy-swivel setting (The bed arrived while I wasn’t home and my husband set it up without cleaning the floors first). I also have a lot of allergies which makes dumping the dust canister in any vacuum, a challenging event. This is game changer #2.. push a button and it all goes into a storage can. I haven’t had to empty this yet as it holds quite a lot. The battery lasts longer than expected and allowed me to thoroughly vacuum about 1,000 sq’ plus the stairs before dying. This came as a package with the VacMop which is also a helpful tool. It works great but I would still recommend vacuuming first unless it’s a smaller clean up. I don’t like chemicals and prefer natural cleaners. I use a vinegar based, organic floor cleaner in the VacMop and it works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awkward, But Cleans Okay

It's "Awkward" to use. Lifting it out of the stand is too high up. The Power on is on the end of the head instead of the trigger. You need two hands to start it, then use the trigger - which changes speed if you keep your finger on it! The latch to angle the shaft is hard to press. It cleans okay and the "auto empty" is nice.

So far I love this vacuum cleaner. I love that it detects the amount of dirt I have and that it knows if it’s carpet or hard flooring! I also I’ve the self emptying feature!
