I just got this vacuum yesterday but I'm already IN LOVE with it! The empty system is so amazing, I am loving not having to open a canister every time I vacuum. Worked great on vinyl, flat rugs, and shaggier carpet. You can actually hear the suction kicking up or backing off when you switch between surfaces. Love the edge detect and has worked like a charm. I vacuumed up so much hair (both cat and human) and zero issues so far with the brush roll. Obsessed!

I love the empty system and the power!

I love the empty system. That's the best thing about it. I despised sticking my hand in the dust cup to get out debris and hair from the duo clean. I love the power of this vacuum, I am not a fan of the constant speed and strength difference every time it changes floor heights. I also miss the ease of detaching the wand from the power fins nozzle with my foot, without having to stop and detach and re-attach every time I want to fit the wand in a small space. My old duo clean had a foot lever which made it so easy and quick to step and detach and just as easy to re-attach.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works very well. Auto empty system is very convenient. More powerful than I thought it would be.
But PLEASE!!!!!!! Put an actual physical owners manual in the box! Or allow me the option of getting a hard copy somehow upon purchase.

What a giant piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY

I bought this to replace a Dyson V8 which is a garbage product. I searched and searched until I thought I found the best product at the best price. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this piece of crap. Absolute garbage. It is actually worse than the Dyson V8. I have never regretted a purchase as much as I do this piece of garbage. Upon docking it in the auto empty thing, you need to make sure that it is making contact with the charging pins. Horrible design. The auto sense technology is garbage. You are better off to just put it on high speed and go about your business. The motor changes speeds constantly while vacuuming, and while on the lowest setting, it does an absolute crap job of picking anything up. I became very annoyed with Dyson after the V8 so I thought I would give Shark a go. Regret upon regret upon regret. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE PRODUCT.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
