Long time coming

I waited a few years waiting for all the "tech" to be available in a cordless vacuum. It finally got here. My old Shark wouldn't die so I decided it was time to go new anyway! I am sooo happy with auto evacuate, charging and of course NO CORD. I am using it more often as it's so effortless! Way to go Shark, and thanks.

Don't hate it but don't love it either

I use my vacuum multiple times a day. I had a Shark ICZ362H before which I absolutely loved and would buy again if they were still made. But I had to replace it and so I purchased this model. I definitely recommend getting the clean and empty system if for nothing else to have a place to stand and dock your vacuum. It is nice that it pulls out all the debris from the vacuum canister, especially if you have pets. What I don't like about the vacuum is the power detect feature. It fluctuates too much and will leave tracks of dirt when it lowers the suction automatically. So I have to either switch it to the lower setting which isn't enough to get all the pet hair off the floor or the high setting which uses up the battery quickly. The medium setting is the power detect only. Would I recommend this vacuum, I'm not sure. I don't love it, but don't completely hate it either. Its hard to find a cordless vacuum now adays that isn't a stick vac.

Works amazingly well so far

Had for 2 weeks. This is so easy to pick up and clean all the places I've neglected due to my corded vac. Easy to assemble. It's piskca up so well on carpet or hardwood. Cleaned with my old vacuum then did it again after I got this one charged. This picked up so much dog hair my old vacuum missed. It's a little heavier than I expected, but I'll get used to it. The attachments are good and work well. Easy enough to get the cobwebs and dust out of the corners of the ceiling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wanted to love this vacuum as I’m a huge Shark fan! I have a corded one that we’ve had for over 5 years and still does amazing. I got this one for easy everyday vacuuming, but it really was not worth the price tag. It’s quiet and does an okay job, but if you have pets with long hair I wouldn’t recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amount of filter maintenance outweighs the Dock

I wanted to love this vacuum, but sadly the maintenance is driving me to use a competitor's model more. Why? Not because it doesn't work but because there are so many filters to clean monthly (and some are already falling apart after just 2 months). There are at least 7 filters that need to be washed and then take 24-48 hours to dry (usually 48). 4 in the auto-empty dock and 3 in the vacuum itself. It's almost borderline ridiculous.
With that said the vacuum itself is pretty nice, it seems to pick up everything I throw at it, though the non removeable fine mesh filter seems to clog quickly, requiring me to empty it more often than normal.
This vacuum is definitely not going to replace your upright, I keep it upstairs for a quick cleanup, but that all its really used for now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the most versatile and powerful vacuum than anything I have ever seen for a cordless. Self-dumping is a real treat. A vacuum that cleans itself! The attachments are easy to attach and very effective. Also, the power sensor is also a great feature. Love mine
