It is awesome. It does a great job. Cant complain about anything. I would recommend this shark to anyone looking for a cordless vac. You won't be sorry!

Disappointed in the battery life!

Really disappointed- I had such high expectations for this one! It’s a great hardwood floor vacuum, it’s lightweight and I love that the arm bends for under the beds and dressers etc.
My cons: Doesn’t work on rugs/carpets even the thinnest material.
Battery overheats and blinks red after 20-30 minutes. I have yet to even get through half of my house on the first nights use!

I love this vacuum! It's lightweight and cleans so we'll. The detachable top part to vacuum small spaces is so easy and convenient

Love this vacuu?, very slim elegant looking. Great power suction even in eco mode, which could last a little over 60 mins unless you have a messy home or pets then detect mode will do the job just fine but know you'll have to clean the front brush roll which is very easy to remove, just push the side button to release the roll and clean it, better than having to cut the hairs out of the main roll from other vacuums. The best part is you can vacuum forward and backwards and still picks up the dirt and quite frankly, it's pretty smart. All in all, money well spent

Some good features but not all good.

It works very welll in regular, but it does not do so well in backwards & when it turns the foot gets stuck sometimes. It is harder to manueuver than my previous ones. It seems super heavy I also wanted to extend the warranty and it would not let me & the clean & empty system & battery are not as long. The battery life could be better I decided to get a hand vac for dusting, walls & corners.

Best Vacuum Ever!

I love this thing! To begin with, it's my first cordless vacuum, which means it's far less heavy, cumbersome and restrictive to use. And it seems to be as powerful as my old, corded model, so no compromise there. I especially like how easy it is to separate and connect the components, allowing me to have a hand-held unit at the press of a button. Last---and certainly not least---is the clean and empty system, which frees me from constantly having to empty the dustbin. Genius. One other thing: this vacuum is attractive and compact enough to be stored in plain sight in a corner of my kitchen, making it easy to grab and use far more often than I had before. Bottom line? A cleaner home with far less effort. Very pleased!

I've had my shark for 2 weeks and I love it!! So many great features, and easy to switch from one the other. I also have multiple rug heights and I can adjust the auction to go from thick to the low pile with the push of a button.
