HELP!!

This is a hard review to post as it seems I'm the only one in the world who has found issues with Shark vacuums not wanting to work on washable rugs!! I'm talking 9 ft x 12 ft rugs not just little ones. It stops working like it sucked up the rug or got caught. The Vertex liftaway corded/power detect liftaway corded and now this new cordless. Which speaks to its great suction power but what on earth am i going to do with my over $1500 worth of Shark vacuums and no way to vacuum all my new rugs?!?!? Help!!!

This is my third shark, and i don't feel it compares to the others that I've bought in the past.
I don't like the power detect system. It doesn't always power up when you need it to vacuum up something. I didn't see any way to override it and increase the power myself. Also, it didn't come with any type of instruction manual. You have to scan it with your phone and try and figure things out that way.

Amazing Upgrade!

I purchased this vacuum as a replacement for my old Lift-Away vacuum and I love the dirty sense function. The multidirectional roller takes some getting used to but it picks up dirt and pet hair like a champ. There are nooks in the canister that don’t come completely clean when mounted on the tower but I like the ease of emptying the vacuum.

Not happy with it

I brought this a short time ago, and at first liked it very much. I have dogs that shed, and their hair keeps getting caught in the front roller and stops it from rolling. Also the automatic disposal isn’t working. This morning the vacuum kept turning off after a few minutes. Not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's okay

Sweeper has good suction. Works well, but is expensive considering I can only seem to get 10 minutes of cleaning time out of it. I feel shark should give an extra battery at that price point and of course, they are out of stock.

Just go ahead and pick something else. I had high hopes for this because I have shark vacuums in my house already. This one is probably my 5th shark. It doesn’t pick up what they say it will. It gets clogged so fast and then you have to turn it upside down to remove the clog. I do not want to touch that stuff. Canister is small. Both the one on the vacuum and the one on the stand. It’s lightweight but definitely under performed.

I love this machine! It is loud, however, it is powerful! My grandson lite up when he didn't have to take it outside to empty it
