Excellant suction

This is our second Shark. Had to by this one due to the fact that the extension wand broke on the 1st one. Since the original wand is no longer available, we bought a second one because we like the product ver well.

BEST VACUUM EVER! A GAME CHANGER!

I LOVE MINE! Have multiple dogs, shepherd and husky too, and cats. Lotsa hair!
This is a game changer. Fits in between bar stools and under beds perfectly. Don't know what I did without it
BRILLIANT too that each piece is sold individually..amd cheaply..if you break it. I abuse mine and it keeps going.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. MAKE YOUR CLEANING EASIER AND FUN

Battery only 20 minute runtime

Lucky if it runs 20 minutes. I’ve been on the waiting list all year for another battery. I’m really disappointed in the runtime. I can only do a couple of rooms of hard floors, carpet runs the battery down even faster so I have to pick and choose what to vacuum. I wish shark would make this tight for me
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

79 years old - best vac ever so far.

Had for a couple of weeks. Great vacuum. We love the soft roller with the brush behind it. Our old cordless vac was fine, but only had spinning brush. To test how effective it was for dust, I sprinkled a bit of baby powder onto the vinyl plank flooring. Bet my wife it wouldn't pick it all up. I won. Had to go over it three or four times. You can prove the same thing yourself with a broom versus a dust cloth. Same principle. I'll order a second roller to put in while the first one dries when I decide it needs to be washed. Also love the self emptying feature. Saves a lot of time.

It broke

I bought my shark BU 3521 about 2 1/2 - 3 months ago and it was the best! I loved it, I never had a stick vacuum before. The handle with the battery broke off so it’s unusable now and I don’t have the box or receipt so I can’t get a refund. I think the handle with the battery attached to it without any reinforcement is too much strain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great except for carpet

I use the vac every day with pets in the house. Im very happy with the power, I just dont love that it is too powerful even in eco mode on rugs and carpets.

My entire family loves this vacuum so much! Even my kids want to help vacuum. It works on the carpet, The rug, the hard floors. It is so nice to finally have a cordless vacuum. My only complaint is that I didn't get this sooner!!!
