I have had this now for 2 months. The vacuum is useless for my house. It assembles easily. I love the feature to clean under furniture. It is light and easy to push. It cannot handle hair on bare floors. It pushes it around and gets clogged multiple times even in a small room which requires taking the thing apart constantly. The AI setting is awful, just a constant slow down/power up/slow down/power up. Ecomode does not have enough suction. Power boost drains the battery before I have half a room vacuumed. Save your money if you have pet hair! You will spend more time unclogging it and your floor still won't be clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does it have provisions for thermal protection with a reset? Front roller Jammed and the unit shut down. Battery required recharging. Also requires that when vacuuming carpet that it runs smoother when going in the direction of the nap. Unit is the power detector self exhausting
Vacuum works well, cleans nicely, not terribly loud when running. Overall not bad, but it takes entirely too long to charge.

I bought this vacuum in June 2025 and I have to say for the price I think there are better options out there. I love the empty feature and the auto detect is a nice feature. My gripe with this machine is that EVERYTHING gets stuck in the opening of the head. This really is a design flaw. Of course I try to pick up everything before vacuuming but with 4 kids and 2 dogs that is nearly impossible. And I’m constantly having to clear that opening. It’s frustrating and had I know I might have chose a different vacuum. I’ve never had it run out of battery on me and can go a long while before emptying the tank. Just wish the head was built differently. If you have no kids and purely dust on your floor I’m sure this perfect. But if you have a tissue or that hidden wrapper somewhere, good luck!

Constantly clogs with pet hair and stops running until I clear it. Hair wrapped around the barrel badly. Anything small vacuumed up and it stops until I clear it. Suction isn’t even comparable to other vacuums I’ve had. Only redeeming feature is emptying itself but that doesn’t make up for its lack of power. Two thumbs down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum was great for the first 8 months I had it and now it barely sucks anything up. It just piles the dog hair and doesn’t suck it up. I cleaned it very well, checked for clogs, removed the hair that gets stuck at the bottom. And it does this on both carpet and hardwood floors.
