I ave never been more disappointed in a purchase!

This vacuum would be great if we didn't have pets! (We have 2 dogs and 2 cats) I have to stop every couple of minutes and unclog hair and debri that builds up on the roller brush. The only way it really sucks anything up is if it is in turbo mode. However, then the battery dies before I get half way through with the house ( our house is only 1300 sqft) I really wish I would have stuck with a classic upright vacuum 😢
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor design overheats constantly

Disappointed

I was really happy the first week and now it’s been a little over a month and the last couple of weeks I’ve just hated it. It’s not sucking or if it is, I think it might be and then it’s spitting it back out in the back so then I turn around where I already vacuumed and there’s a bunch of crap on the floor again. And it has never sucked up along the baseboards like it claims. I love being cordless but other than that very disappointed bc I’ve loved shark vacuums for a long time

Overall great buy!! The sweeper is too heavy and does not stand on own and would like to have attachments attached to main sweeper. Found myself going back to charging station to grab them but overall I love the sweeper.

I upgraded from another Clean and Empty shark to this. This is so much better. The suction is wonderful and cleaned up my carpet and rugs that I had just cleaned with my other shark. I love the power detect system and the clean and empty because I hate cleaning the canisters. I also love that it goes in reverse as well . I'm glad I got this instead of other brands.

High hopes were had

Having used my Shark for about 10 months now, I have opinions. I’m going to start with the good. I absolutely love the bin emptying process. It is the easiest I have ever experienced with any vacuum in my life. 5 stars for that. I oddly love the headlight. So weird. I never would have thought I would need that, but I love it. It is lightweight…almost too lightweight sometimes if that could be a thing. It almost seems like sometimes I’m lifting it off the floor when I shouldn’t be.
Now for the things I don’t love. The suction is not as great as I had hoped it would be. It is not sucking up kitty litter from a tile floor which I would think would be one of the easiest things in the world to do. It does not suck dirt from the sides as it claims to do. I have made sure there are no clogs. If I use it for more than 20 minutes, it seems to overheat and die. Sometimes a quick reset on the base fixes it, other times I just have to give up.
Overall, I would not purchase again, nor would I recommend it to a friend. I would give it 4 stars, but considering how expensive it is, I give it 3. I always go back to my first Shark navigator to compare my other Shark vacuums, and as much as I llove the cordless feature, I’m not sure it’s worth the price.

Really love all shark products! This vacuum is great. Easy to set up and use. My favorite feature is the self-emptying feature. Alway assured a good clean with any use.
