[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent form factor. Very pleased with this phone overall. However, I wish for the price they included a privacy screen and at least kept the cameras the same as the fold s25 series.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the fold 8 because it is a great device that fits in my pocket but allows for content viewing wherever I go. Great design and quality product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed using this phone, but the outer screen could be a little longer, z fold 8 ultra width is not satisfactory, ideally it's z fold 8 width and longer but not necessarily as long as z fold 8 ultra. Also, I hope the phone battery could charge faster.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised to see the new fold phone being shrunk slightly in height, but the extra width did intrigue me, leading to this being the device that I chose. Coming from the Flip 6, this device is much faster and the battery life lasts much longer. I cannot speak on the A.I. functions because I usually avoid those. The screen display is vastly superior to my old phone, as well. Using the device open shows a very lovely screen that feels nice to the touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting for a phone this good for years. I am extremely happy that I chose the Samsung Galaxy fold 8 over the new Motorola fold. The form factor is perfect for gaming, media, and my ebooks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the most amazing phones I have ever held in my hands. The passport sized screen is perfect and after a while of use will make standard phones feel ridiculously long. The screen is seamless when swapping from folded to unfolded. Gaming is one of the best experiences on this device. The screen is very responsive and smooth to the eyes when scrolling. Looking forward to future updates and better support from apps due to the new form factor. This is the future and the future is here.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to trade in my Galaxy Fold 6 for the Fold 8 (wide), and I have no regrets! The Fold 8 is noticeably lighter and thinner to hold. Two handed typing on the cover screen is a big upgrade too; no longer am I constantly needing to backspace and correct typos due to the cramped Fold 6 keyboard. I usually unfold to watch media; the aspect ratio is much better for this on the fold 8. And for some reason, it also is better at noticing when I rotate my phone when I have screen rotation turned off (it gives you a button to click to rotate it manually). When rotated into portrait mode on the inner unfolded screen, full screen apps also work better than on the fold 6. The cameras are a disappointment though. Definitely a tradeoff for poorer cameras compared to the ultra. Also no S pen support is a big disappointment too. And lastly, battery life is just ok. I wish they went even more with the silicon batteries like the Chinese companies. If Oppo and Honor can pack their phones with pen support (even on the front screen) and bigger batteries and same thinness, then I don't know why Samsung doesn't either. All in all, I am happy with the Fold 8 for the short time I've had it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switching from the z fold 7 to this device marks a noticeable change, though one that is thoroughly welcome. The front screen offers a significantly improved experience, delivering sharper visuals and smoother performance. Overall, the transition reflects a step forward in design and functionality, aligning well with expectations for a more refined foldable experience.
