Great upgrade

Revolutionary form factor

I don't regret it, I love how usable the outer screen is and the tablet is just a bonus! Great for gaming and fun customization and very productive for school!

Such a fun phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the opportunity to get a new phone arose I bought the Z Fold 8. I had chosen the phone primarily for E-Reading but its literally so versatile! I can attach a Bluetooth keyboard and write my novel or watch a show with a bigger screen at home. I love that I can split the screen to read while listening to an audiobook, and I love that I can engage in my digital art. An f the best of all is that I cakt stop customizing the phone every weekend! I couldn't do this before with my old phone! I think I'll be a Samsung fan from now on.

I am enjoying this new form factor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm BIG on customization and the creative freedom that android – particularly samsung – provides. With my Z Fold 8, the new form factor allows for the equivalent of 3 different devices. The horizontal wide tablet format, and the tall slimmer tablet format on the inner sreen. Plus the smaller and wider passport format on the front screen. This gives me essentially 3 different homescreens to customize independently! I also have found multitasking to be incredible in every position, including the new and exclusive 3 side-by-side windows. Not the mention the pistachio green is such a good look.

Awesome phone, but needs few improvements

I've had this phone for over a month already and so far is great. performance has been good, no lagging whatsoever. Front screen size is perfect for me since I have small hands. I would even consider a phone this size without the fold feature.
The inside screen is sharp and it feels like a mini tablet. Great for multitasking, gaming or watching videos.
Battery has been excellent so far. I usually charge my phone every day and half when I don't watch too many videos or play games.
The things to improve include the front and foldable screens cameras. The inside screen gets dirty very easily, so I have to constantly clean it. Crease can definitely improve if we compare with the competitors. The speakers also could use some improvements, sounds feel very flat. Call quality has been very low. Unless I'm using my galaxy buds, the volume is low even if set at the highest setting and the quality of the call is not sharp at all.
This phone has the potential to become the best phone on the market, and for the price we all pay the things to improve mentioned above shouldn't increase the price.
Overall, I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a foldable phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best phone for me

The large inner screen makes watching movies and playing games more immersive, while the outer screen is convenient for quick messages, calls, and everyday tasks.
What I love most is that it gives me a tablet-like experience while still fitting comfortably in my pocket. The compact design makes it easy to take everywhere without carrying a separate tablet. Whether I’m working, relaxing with a movie, or playing games, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 fits seamlessly into my daily routine. It’s a device I can rely on for both productivity and entertainment, and I love having so much versatility in such a pocket-friendly design.
