The First Foldable That Gets the Form Factor Right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold 8 because I wanted one device that could replace several others, and it has absolutely delivered on that. It really feels like three devices in one: a normal phone when folded, a small tablet when opened, and almost a mini computer when I start multitasking.
What stands out most to me is how much thought Samsung finally seems to have put into the aspect ratios. This is the first foldable I’ve used where both screens feel like they were designed around how people will actually use them. The outer screen works great as a regular phone, while the inner display is fantastic for reading, browsing, games, media, and having multiple apps open at once. Neither screen feels like an afterthought.
Battery life has also been better than I expected. Even with two large displays and plenty of use throughout the day, I can comfortably make it through a full day without worrying about constantly finding a charger.
There are always going to be some compromises with a foldable, but the versatility makes them completely worth it for me. The Fold 8 feels like the first one that truly understands what a foldable should be.

hello Samson just want to say I love the picture ER response his phone increases so clean and pure when you open you can't tell it's there it feels like I don't never have to charge the battery up half of the time or I have to plug I have to plug it in the display is like watching my 5K television displays wonderful I love the pictures in the brother screen response is wonderful the durability I'm kind of amazed on how well creases on the phone when you open it and close it the crease is wonderful

Almost Perfect

I have also watched this product evolve because I had the z-fold three through seven I had them all except for the first two and I am more impressed each time...
Actually I feel that this device is almost perfect the only area it falls short and it is well known is the camera area although it takes decent pictures up close it is lackluster in far away and missing a few lenses as far as I'm concerned... I did compare this phone to the z-fold 7 and the pixel 10 in a photo...

Replaced my Z Flip 7 and I am not looking back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning the Z Flip 6, then 7, I was going to just upgrade to the Flip 8, when Samsung threw me a curveball with the Z Fold 8. I love the form factor and am really happy that I chose it over the Flip. I dont have to open it every time I want to use it, yet it's still really small when closed and awesomely spacious when open. I haven't seen a single bug this far which is unusual for new hardware. The build quality is also stellar. I just love this phone (reminds me of my Surface Duo but so much better)

Pretty Good Actually

At first it felt kinda heavy, but after some time I got used to it.
The big screen is really nice, especially Youtube and browsing looks so good.
Folded size is not too bad also, fits in my pocket mostly fine.
Camera quality surprised me little, photos comes out pretty clean.
Battery is okay but I wish it last more longer during heavy use.
Sometimes apps look little weird on big screen, but not a huge problem for me.
The phone feels premium and opening it is still satisfying everytime lol.
Price is very expencive tho, thats probably the biggest bad thing.
Overall I like it alot, if you love foldable phones its definetly worth checking.

The previous generation felt cramped and awkward for everyday typing, but I chose the Fold8 due to its redesigned wider outer display, which finally delivers a genuinely usable standard smartphone experience when folded. The Most Refined Foldable Yet

I chose the Fold8 in the pistachio color to elevate my mobile reading and media streaming setup. The anti-reflective coating on the inner canvas makes for a comfortable viewing experience, and apps adapt naturally to the wider screen landscape. The overall structure feels rugged and well-built. Carrying this device makes me feel like the proud owner of a passport-size foldable, completely envying other brands' mobile users who are stuck with traditional layouts.

Great product

The price seems a bit high and the lack of the memory upgrade takes away the upgrade value from previous years. Also, it is a bit small for me but it is overall a great smartphone.
