As Expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a long time Samsung Mobile device user (since the 90's) so I'm a bit partial. A few months ago I wanted the Tri-Fold, but waited. I'm happy I did as this Z-Fold 8 seems to be just a sound, functional, efficient device and the best Samsung I've owned since the first Note. I'm 6'5" with large hands and unlike the other Z-Folds, I just like the feel of the Z-Fold 8. Nice display, the sound is fine despite the talk of it not being in stereo in certain positions, camera shots are fine and even with a case, it still fits in my pocket comfortably. Even not having a S-Pen isn't an issue as I use a disc style stylus and it works fine. Haven't checked the battery life yet, but it also seems to be fine. If you're not a hard-core "gotta have every tech detail in my device" kind of person, this device will work for you. I chose this phone due to my preference in Samsung devices and I feel and believe I made the correct decision and will be learning more about my new device everyday! Great phone!!!

Finally have a samsung galaxy z fold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I'm owning a Samsung Galaxy Z. Fold plus this is the new Z Fold 8 from my current experience. It feels weird having the ability to have a small screen, and from there it will have a bigger screen experience. Wise is pretty interesting going from a single screen. That is long to a passport style phone watching movies and video is amazing when you're able to use the second screen?Ten out of ten would recommend it to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy Z Fold8 for a little while now, and it’s honestly the first foldable that feels polished enough to use as my main phone\. The hinge is smooth, it feels more durable than previous models, and it folds completely flat, which makes a bigger difference than I expected\.
The outer screen is comfortable for quick tasks, and when I open it up, it almost feels like carrying a small tablet\. Multitasking is where this phone really shines—I can have multiple apps open at once without any noticeable lag\.
The battery easily gets me through a full day with moderate to heavy use, and the performance has been excellent\. Everything from gaming to editing photos runs smoothly\. The cameras are also a nice improvement, especially in good lighting\.
Of course, it’s still an expensive phone, and it’s a bit heavier than a regular flagship\. Some apps aren’t fully optimized for the larger display yet, but that’s becoming less of an issue over time.
Overall, if you’ve been waiting for a foldable that feels mature and practical, the Galaxy Z Fold8 is definitely worth considering\. I haven’t found myself wanting to switch back to a regular phone since I started using it.

Loving the improvements overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the Fold 5, I chose to go with the Fold 8. Preferring the shorter but wider screen.
It is more balanced in my hand and makes it easier to use overall.
I discovered that in comparison to my previous phone, when opened they are both roughly the same size, but they fold in an opposite direction.
The only disappointment came with camera not having the same upgrades as the Ultra.
I use my phone for work daily and log in to other computers at my offices. Being able to open up the screen to this wide view is very helpful.

Pretty cool device

What I wanted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used z fold 5 previously, and I was always hoping if the cover screen was wider. That was the biggest reason I changed back to normal bar type phone(s25 ultra). Later version z fold products had wider cover screen, but that wasn't enough. Now the new z fold 8 has the exact ratio and screen size that I was wanting! It's compact when I fold but wide enough to type or see things. When I unfold the phone, it's like a mini tablet pc. Very nice to watch videos or use multi window mode. Well, of course I see some things the phone could be improved more in the future. Some apps are not ready for this new aspect ratio, lack of the ultra telescope camera, or still no magnet on the back for magnet accessories. Hopefully those things would be improved in the future. But I am very happy with this z fold 8 overall. The design and color is very nice as well. I got cream color and it's very clean and fresh! Very nice feeling on my hands too. I almost don't want to use phone cases, but again, no magnet on the back to use accessories, so I will have to use a case....

What a game changer!

The Z fold 8 is definitely life changing as it comes to connecting to the world around me. I chose to purchase the Z-fold 8 due to its screen size, but so far I definitely feel that its the gift that keeps on giving. Excited to continue to learn what this baby can do.
