Wowed at first sight, a great birthday gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to see "arriving August 5th" in my email. My birthday is tomorrow and after unboxing, I cannot think of a better birthday present. I chose to be part of the z series family starting with the fold 2. I have always been...ok....with it's tall form factor but secretly admired the shape of the pixel fold. When they announced the fold 8....I knew I had to choose this one. Folds are .ore than just an option, they are a multitask necessity. I have chosen to continue being a good user and I do not think I will go back. Great job samsung! Proud to be a galaxy fan since the s2 and Samsung user since the blackjack 2.

Z Fold 8 is fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been getting these z-fold devices since the second model I absolutely love them I love that Samsung pioneered the foldable market. Soon as I saw this model I chose the z fold 8 because been waiting for a product of this form factor. I know Samsung will do it right. I just got it today and I absolutely love it my grandfather chose to get the z-fold 8 also we got the matching color. He's had the z fold five and six and when he saw this form factor he wanted it. Love it so much

It's neat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the S26 Ultra and Z Fold 7, I chose to go with the standard Fold 8 this year because to me, the cover scr on the Fold 7 is still too narrow. This is SO much nicer to type on, and the main reason I use a foldable is for video watching and... Well it's great for that too. Can't wait to get into it more and see how it does in my day to day. But so far, absolutely love it!

This is the perfect form factor.

The design of this phone rids of useless screen and take advantage of every square inch. Battery life is superb. It is a mixture of exactly what you need, no more, and the most modern piece of technology out right now.

My Favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Samsung's Z Flip series since the Z Flip 3, all the way through the Z Flip 7. I've always liked the Z Fold lineup, but it was just too big for my hand and pocket. Reaching the notification bar with one hand was always a struggle.
When Samsung released the passport-sized Z Fold 8, I was all in. I got mine on 8/4/26, and I absolutely love it! It's the perfect size for one-handed use, fits comfortably in my front pocket, and finally gives me the Fold experience I've been waiting for.
Thank you, Samsung, for making a smaller Z Fold. You definitely gained a happy customer!
