A lot of WOW factor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only possessed my device for 48 hrs so this is still the honeymoon phase for me. I am honestly shocked at the build quality of the Z Fold 8. It is amazing. I feel that way every time I pick it up, unfold it, fold it...etc. Bizarre to be so enamored with a phone, but it is what it is.
Muscle memory made the switch from the Fold 7 a lot harder than I had anticipated. Harder, but worth the transition. I love the form factor. The form factor, coupled with the build quality, make this device a no brainer. The software and specs are the usual top notch Samsung throws out with new releases. Thank you, Samsung.
To wrap up my quick review, Standing Ovation, Samsung. Love my new Z Fold 8

Z Fold 8 is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z fold 8 because of its small square shape and it's foldable screen. So far after a few days use it's been an absolute pleasure. It has a great camera no issues, the typing is so much easier. Although the battery is not as great as my old phone it still lasts me the whole day!

First fold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Fold 8 completely off the new form factor. Candy bar style phones have been getting so tall, I find them less comfortable in hand, but the shorter size of the Fold 8 is very comfortable in hand. The extra width makes using the keyboard more comfortable as well. I enjoy having the option to open it up and get a much large media and gaming experience. I look forward to more app companies getting on board with adjusting their apps to this new form factor.
It has all the power it needs to do everything I throw at it. I need more time with it to speak to thw battery life, everyone wants to see it during my day so I have a lot of screen time so far. It still made it through that first day.
I haven't tried the cameras yet as I'm not a big picture taker, which is why the lower specs on them wasn't an issue to me.
I looking forward to more companies coming up with interesting case designs and using my 3D printer to make custom stands and docks for using this new shape.

Finally, a fold device that I like

A Brand New Way to Fold!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold8 because of the new form factor. I had the Flip's, from the Flip2 to the Flip5, because I missed having a compact phone, but the Fold (now "Fold Ultra") was always glaring at me in the distance, judging like a Shiba Inu, as if saying "You'll never get this! You'll never get this! La-la-la" but it was just too large and heavy. Fast forward to the Fold8, the perfect "happy medium," that "just right" bowl of porridge that I couldn't pass up, and... Wow! I'm glad that I chose to upgrade to the Z Fold8 now. Today, Samsung, I break the cage, "I get this!" and I high-five you. The bigger battery is very nice!

Fantastic phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Z Fold 8 phone is awesome! I have been using samsung phones for many years and I chose to replace my z flip 5 with this z fold 8. I am not disappointed. The z fold 8 is absolutely wonderful to use. It fits in a pocket with no issues, it is simple to hold and handle both opened or closed, and the battery easily lasts a day. Owning this phone is going to be a fabulous experience. I hate putting it down!
