The new, slightly wider cover screen aspect ratio finally makes one-handed typing effortless, so I can quick-reply to texts without opening the device every time. But unfolding it is where the real magic happens: the massive 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED display opens up to reveal a virtually invisible crease and brilliant 3,000-nit peak brightness. Videos, photo editing, and split-screen multitasking feel smooth and expansive. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, daily performance is instantaneous, and the battery easily lasts me through a full day of heavy use.
While it skips the Ultra’s 200MP sensor, the 50MP camera setup captures sharp, vibrant shots across all lighting conditions. Loving the new ZFold8!

Good form factor

Nice form factor but under par camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z fold 8 because of its form factor but I think the form factor is good, but the other aspects, especially the camera, are not that good. Considering the price tag that the phone carries, it does not do justice to how the camera should have been. I don't know why such expensive phones don't have good cameras, but they should. Otherwise, the displays are both gorgeous. The phone in hand looks sleek. The battery is great, but the camera is where it goes wrong the most.

Love my new phone

It honestly takes a little bit of getting used to, because the front screen is much smaller than a traditional brick phone. But after a few days of using it, it's super nice! I love how it feels in my hands and the satisfying snap when it folds open. The crease when you fold it open is barely noticeable. I'm just super impressed with how Samsung designed this product!
