Have been waiting for this form factor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a long time Samsung phone user, I have to tell you, I've been waiting for this exact form factor in a phone for a very long time. Was absolutely shocked when I saw Samsung was releasing one, and as a fold nonetheless. I am coming from a fold 6, and t in being honest I really wish this had S-Pen support. That is the only thing it's missing. Beyond that, it is just as amazing as I was hoping. Looking forward to the future of this line now, and will definitely be upgrading if they add pen support. Knocked it out of the park with this one Samsung. I chose this among the competitors and am very happy I did.

Being a 60's user I have been choosing bigger screen phones for ease of use. Only Samsung phones have filled the needs for me. I am trading in my Z FOLD 5 for the 8.
I chose the Z FOLD 8 over the Ultra for the wider platform. I find the keyboard to narrow for my use and you've solved the problem with this Z FOLD 8!
I am looking forward to exploring more features of this wonderful phones in days to come. THANK YOU SAMSUNG for this model.

New to Fold phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from S22 ultra and I chose to go with the z fold 8. I have had it two days and so far I am enjoying it. I stream a lot of social media and because of that I wanted the bigger screen. It's fits in my pocket and does what I ask of it. I am still learning the z fold 8, I have always been a Samsung user so it's not been to much of a learning curve.

I chose this device because of the form factor and the samsung ecosystem. I am exited to be one of the first to order this device and love it's style and size. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size is what I am looking for in a phone. I upgraded from the z fold 5, I like that it isn't as heavy and won't fall out of my jacket pockets. I bought it mostly for the ability to use mobile gaming easier when I open it. The other features I am still playing with but so far so good.

The large, immersive display is one of my favorite features. Being able to open the phone and have so much screen space makes multitasking incredibly convenient. I can switch between apps, browse the web, watch videos, respond to messages, and handle everyday tasks without feeling restricted by a traditional smartphone screen.
The camera system is outstanding, and the AI features take the experience to another level. From enhancing photos to making everyday tasks easier, the intelligent features feel genuinely useful rather than just being extras. Photos look sharp and detailed, and there are so many creative possibilities.
Performance has also been excellent. Apps open quickly, multitasking feels smooth, and streaming videos is a great experience. The battery has been able to keep up with my daily routine without constantly having to think about charging.
