The square, rugged body paired with a matte middle frame gives it an exquisite build quality. The hinge damping is firm, opening and closing seamlessly with almost no light leakage issues.
Crease control is a major upgrade for this generation. However, the inner screen really should have an under-display camera, or else the user experience is far too poor, and it would ideally support flex-mode hovering. The ultra-thin body comes at the cost of audio-visual hardware: when the inner screen is unfolded, sound only outputs from a single side—essentially mono—resulting in thin volume and inadequate bass, which severely compromises the experience for watching shows and listening to music."

Obsessed!! This phone I s SO MEEE!!!💕💕

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8, and I can confidently say I'm OBSESSED! I upgraded from the S24 Ultra, which I loved, but honestly, I love this phone even more. I had an S Pen with my old phone that I barely used, so I wasn't worried about giving that up.
What really sold me on the Z Fold 8 is how customizable it is! I love being able to make my phone feel like MY phone. From the layouts and widgets to all the little personal touches, there are so many ways to make it fit my personality, my style, and how my brain works. I'm still discovering new features and learning fun ways to use it every day.
The size is absolutely perfect! It's comfortable to use as a regular phone, but opening it up is where the magic happens. I'm a big Kindle reader, so being able to use that larger screen like a little book and actually turn the pages is one of my favorite things!
Between work, school, reading, planning, and everyday life, I love having a phone that can keep up with all the different things I do while still being super cute and fun to use.
It's functional, versatile, and completely customizable. I'm genuinely so happy with my decision. Samsung really got me with this one! 💕

Love My Zfold 8

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my phone for a week and I am in love. I chose the Zfold 8 instead of the ultra because of its shape. The size is a bonus. I was gonna purchase a new e-reader and realized I could kill 2 birds with one stone by upgrading my phone. Winning!!! If you're on the fence, get it. Didn't know it came with a built in screen protector for the inner screen. Super happy with my purchase.

It also has double screen which is so cool. I would buy this phone again if I had to. I am very happy with it. It also has many different cases from plain to wallet cases.

I'm in love with this phone

I strongly recommend continuing this model in future Z Fold lineups. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the z fold eight, because I wanted something different. I thought I wouldn't like the form factor because of the height difference. That it had, but it has, I've been a learning curve. Definitely. But after holding the phone in my hand and messing with it, it feels like a normal phone, and I love the display on the inside for all my content that I watch. And it's like a kindle, when i'm breeding, my books or comic books. I use both screens, I would say equally. From going from the s ultra series phones to the Z Fold 7

My Galaxy Fold

The only thing I do not like is the fact that it does screen everything that comes in and determines what I can get and when which causes me to not get important text messages or phone calls until it's to late to do what I was asked to do.
