This phone is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from the fold 6 to the fold 8 ultra. It is much thinner and the battery is amazing. It also charges in less than an hour. The only issues are that when viewing videos, the black bars make the extra screen size a useless. Hopefully the software from different companies with compensate for this in time.

Amazing Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z Fold 8 Ultra 1TB model over the Z Fold 8 because I've always been a power user with my phones. I play games, stream, and video edit from my phone. I upgraded to the Z Fold 8 Ultra from a Z Fold 6 and this is an amazing upgrade. My biggest gripe with the older foldable models is that the cover screen was always so small and I would never want to use it. Now the cover screen is a bit bigger and more in line with a normal smart phones in terms of it's width. I think the perfect width for the front screen would be somewhere between the two Z Fold 8 models but that's my personal opinion. The crease on the big screen is basically non-existent on this model. It was never an issue for me with previous models but I know a lot of people disliked the crease. The phone is also super snappy and responsive when scrolling and opening apps. Both screens are beautiful and super bright. I've sat outside with the sun directly on me and could still see the screen very well. The phone is also way thinner than the Z Fold 6 and feels very light. Lastly the camera is amazing. I've taken some photos and videos with it already and everything looks great. Overall if you are currently in the foldable game and have a Z Fold 6 or earlier this will be a meaningful upgrade for you.

Love this phone

The screen is beautiful and for the first time since finger print opening has come out the phone reads my finger print each time! I chose Samsung because I like their products. My phone, tablet and tv's are all Samsung products.

The true upgrade from the Z Fold 6

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from two generations ago this phone is a perfect evolution of an already great phone. Now, when folded the phone is so thin it is entirely a standard slab phone with the added benefit if being to have a tablet in your pocket. With upgrades in all other aspects as well, it is a no brainer. I chose shadow green for my Fold 8 Ultra, no regrets.

I choose this one sleek and very responsive new samsung Z fold8 ultra on my recent upgrade and it does not disappoint. My phone usage goes along the lines of calls, text, photos, videos and games. In each category I have not had a single complaint. It's features and speed are awesome, The clarity of the photos combined with the zoom in ability has helped me on a few occasions to be able to find cracks that i had not noticed with nacked eye. The Ai features is incredible. The phone is easier to open. It's an amazing and incredible device. I'm still learning all the cool features but so far i am obsessed.

An absolute JOY to use for work and play!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Galaxy Z Fold user for quite some time. I chose to upgrade to the Ultra 8 simply because it's got a larger screen. When it arrived, I was FLOORED by how light and how thin it is! I also REALLY like the way it opens, with almost a snap, and the crease is BARELY there! I'm extremely happy with how bright it is, how quick it charges, and let's face it, it's a conversation starter as well! I chose the Violet Shadow and it's a BEAUTIFUL color. With 1 Terabyte of space, I expect to be able to take a TON of images, and they are sure to be beautiful consider it's a 200 megapixels! This is the BEST foldable there is, hands down! Samsung does it again!
