I chose the Fold 8 Ultra for the larger screen and multitasking benefits of the larger screen. The cameras are good for a folding phone. Although with the Ultra name i think the cameras could have been better, in particular the telephoto. The Bluetooth S Pen needs to make a return to the Fold series. Maybe next year, along with a new Ultra that folds three times?
I love the thiness of the phone, especially when folded as it's just as thin as a phone that doesn't fold but sometimes thinner than non folding phones. The battery performance has been good so far, easily lasting all day after watching content and browsing the internet. The durability has improved greatly from other generations of the Fold lineup. I'm glad the hinge on the Ultra allows for flex mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Skipped a version for the first time and the wait paid off! Faster processor, larger battery, nice screen upgrade and finally cameras that match the S Ultra series.
Gonna miss the the S pen but a stylus works for most application's. The bend seam is not very noticeable but I never whined about it because I enjoyed the fold function. Tech takes time to polish the rough edges.
