Z Fold 8 Ultra (2026)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Fold series for a few years now and they've only gotten better and better over time. I chose to upgrade from the Fold 7 to the Fold 8 for 3 main reasons: 1, the new silicon battery, 2, the new hinge system, and 3, the upgraded ultra wide camera. I use the ultrawide camera very often so that was a huge selling point (12MP to 50MP) plus the upgraded hinge is very snappy in comparison to the 7.

The folding design gives me the convenience of a compact phone while instantly transforming into a large, immersive display whenever I need more screen space. Whether I'm watching videos, browsing the web, reading articles, or multitasking between apps, everything feels smooth, fast, and effortless.
One of my favorite features is how productive it makes me. I can easily run multiple apps side by side, respond to messages while checking emails, or take notes without constantly switching between screens. It feels more like carrying a small tablet in my pocket than just another smartphone.
