[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Fold 8 Ultra is one of those devices that hits you immediately. You pick it up and you know Samsung wasn’t playing around this year. It’s stupid thin, stupid fast, and honestly feels like the first foldable that doesn’t need excuses.This thing is slick. When it’s open, it’s so thin it almost doesn’t make sense. The hinge finally feels right — no wobble, no weird resistance, just smooth. The whole phone gives off that “premium without trying too hard” vibe.The Z Fold 8 Ultra is the first foldable that feels fully dialed in. No compromises, no “maybe next year.” It’s premium, powerful, and honestly just fun to use. If you want the best foldable out right now, this is the one.

A great upgrade from a z fold 6

The massive display makes high-end gaming and streaming video so much more immersive, and the multitasking capabilities handle everything I throw at it with ease. It's easily one of the best device upgrades I've made.

I feel like I'm going to have a lot of fun with this phone and test out it's new features as much as possible. This is my first foldable phone and I dont think I'll be able to go back to a regular phone after this. I really enjoy writing on this keyboard, having all the new gadgets and AI features really makes me happy.

The Fold That Keeps Getting Better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a long time Samsung device user, I am happy to say that Samsung has added another extraordinary device to their catalog.
I started off my journey with foldables by purchasing the Galaxy Z Fold 6, and at the time it was mind-bending on how the technology has advanced.
Fast forward to today, as I'm unboxing the Galaxy ZFold 8 Ultra, I got the same giggly feeling. The device is so thin it is surreal, the screen crease is barely noticeable, the updated camera clusters is amazing and the subtle use of AI across the operating system and ecosystem is just perfect enough to not feel like a hindrance.
Going from Galaxy to Galaxy, the Smart switch application made it an actual breeze.
I am glad that I chose to upgrade my ZFold 6 to the Galaxy ZFold 8 Ultra, don't miss out on your opportunity to own an amazing device.

I chose the fold 8 ultra and couldn't be happier. It really feels like I'm living in the future with such a big screen. If you are on the fence, make the jump and you won't regret it.

This phone is superseded all of my expectations and I may be sticking with the z folds going forward. I have upgraded phones every year for the past 20 years until I got the s25 ultra, which I kept for a year and a half. I researched the fold 8 ultra for months and after watching the unveiling I was sold. After being hands-on, I feel that this may be the best phone to ever be released!
