Was 2nd guessing ultra but glad I got it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been loving the Fold 8 Ultra so far. The thinner design makes it feel a lot better in my hand, and because of that I find myself opening it up way more often than I did with my last Fold. The screen is gorgeous, everything looks super sharp, and the cameras have impressed me. So far, it's been a great upgrade and I'm really happy with it.

The Fold 8 Ultra is an impressive step forward for foldable phones. The large inner display makes multitasking, watching videos, gaming, and browsing feel much more immersive, while the outer screen is practical enough for everyday use without constantly unfolding the phone.
Performance is fast and smooth, with apps opening quickly and multitasking handled effortlessly. The cameras also deliver sharp, detailed photos, especially in good lighting. Battery life is solid for a foldable, although heavy users may still need a top-up during the day.
The biggest highlights are the premium design, beautiful display, strong performance, and the flexibility of having both a phone and mini-tablet in one device. The main drawbacks are the price, added thickness compared with a traditional smartphone, and the fact that foldables still require a little more care.
**Overall:** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ (4.5/5)
If you want a premium foldable with a huge screen and flagship-level performance, the Fold 8 Ultra is definitely worth considering. It’s not cheap, but it delivers an experience that a regular smartphone simply can’t match.

A tablet and a phone in one

I use it for work, entertainment and personal use. The graphics are crystal clear and I love the ability to use it as a mini tablet if I want to.

Perfect upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Fold 8 Ultra over all other options coming from a Fold 6. Last year I didn't feel motivated to upgrade, but this year that changed. I'm enjoying the Fold 8 Ultra after a few days. I use it daily and average way more time on it than I should. It helps me remain productive at work and has plenty of RAM to keep multiple programs and Apps up and running. I also do some gaming, stream videos and visit social media.
The Ultra is also used in my vehicle by running Android Auto, Waze, streaming music and taking and making calls and texts. The battery has been good so far and is a slight bump from my Fold 6.
One thing I'd wish for on the next Fold would be a more powerful magnet on the back. I like to carry a magnetic wallet on my phone, but the phone magent is too weak to even keep the wallet attached. I'll get a case anyway, but now I'll need one with the magnetic backing.

An ideal upgrade

Amazing phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had an s24 ultra and I really liked it. It's been a solid phone. My wife got a z-fold seven last year and I was instantly jealous. I ordered this one and got it two days before I thought I was going to get it. I can't say anything bad about this phone. It's razor thin. The battery life is phenomenal, lasting longer than my s24 ultra typically does. The build quality is great the crease is barely noticeable the inside and outside screens are beautiful. Transferring the data from my one terabyte s24 to my 1 TB 8 took some time but I had almost a full phone. No major issues so far all of my apps are working and would highly recommend especially if you're not coming from a foldable already.
