Bought this as said easy to use when it works it is generally good. Sometimes though it doesn’t pick up documents loses WiFi takes hours to then go through set up and then all of a sudden works again very frustrating!

It took us well over 1 hour to get the printer set up, it wouldn't connect to the wifi and then we couldn't get it to show on the apps. When it was set up we can't print direct from the application (like word) and have to go to the HP app, this isn't very convenient, we also have to join the HP WIFI which doesn't feel right.
Overly complicated for what should have been simple. The help guide isn't as helpful as it could be. Wouldn't choose to buy it again, would go for something other than HP.

Slow and wont connect to wifi even uninstalled it 3 times and re installed it only way I can get it to work is by usb and even that takes up to 15 minutes to work.
