I required HP support to connect my printer to the laptop. 1.5 hrs. Still getting error message so I phoned HP Support again - another 0.5 hrs. Support said it was fixed, but I'm still getting the error message. 2 hours of my life wasted and it's still not sorted.
The set-up should be straightforward and quick - why isn't it?
And when it prints it sounds awful - is this normal, or is it faulty?
