No problem with the printer. Disappointed that I had not used the ink cartridges that came with the printer when 3 months ended. I had wrongly assumed that the ink was part of the printer pyrchase price and not automatically in an instant ink subscription that ended after 3 months. I do not print enough pages to make a subscription a cost effective option. I have warned other people about what I consider to be a con when buying an HP printer. As I said the printer is fine
I love the subscription I have with you guys and I never have the worry anymore that im going to run out of ink in the middle of doing something. Its brilliant that you can choose the amount of sheet, and raise if needed and now add paper if you want to aswell. If you dont use all of the sheets its good they roll over for a couple of months as you never know you may need them like occasionally I do. I use mine for art work, my daughters uni work, and general life and ive never had an real problems that would make me change, and I have no plan on changing anything or stopping the subscription in the future. If anything it would be raising the amount of sheets for my daughters uni work or my art work. Thank you to whoever it was that came up with this idea to do this, its brilliant and I appreciate everything it does.
The printer was reasonably easy to set up. Not that clear how to actually use the printer ( that was probably my non techy fault ) but managed and the print quality is very good. I signed up for the ink deal which was free for 3 months. Very efficient. Not sure on which date my 10 days printing starts from!
I’m very impressed with this printer; just what I need for home printing. It would be so much better value for me if I decided to take advantage of the monthly ink top up service as the cost would be so much cheaper, but because I’m only an occasional user of the printer, I don’t really need this service. I could highly recommend this Hp printer printer.
