Purchased new printer to replace my old HP, just what I needed for home use, the only issue I’ve had is that it’s difficult to insert the ink cartridges, fairly fiddly, otherwise a good little printer.
I had the same model, HP deskjet 2010 before, less than a year old. The both inks cartridges run out and replaced both with HP original ones. The printer stopped working, keeps saying no inks. Initially I thought there’s fault in the inks, another new inks installed, but still not working. Finally bought another printer with the same model, and the inks work!!!
Bought the printer ,feel that the print quality is not as good as my previous Canon, slightly blurry and bitty. The instant ink process and HP app are a nightmare and suffice to say when this printer breaks I will Not be getting another HP
Had difficulty setting it up, Have tried unsuccessfully on numerous occasions to cancel free ink.

Hit and miss if printer works. Biggest complaint is I tried unsuccessfully to cancel my ink subscription on my pevious printer for about 6 months, and have been trying to cancel the free 3 month free ink after 2months (I bought an ink cartridge when i purchased printer) and still haven't been able to cancel . This is an isssue you should look into as i have heard of a few people with same issue
