Bought this printer to replace an old hp 2400 found it easy to setup and easy to use works well from WIFI and also works with a USB cable from our old laptop. Printing is clear,quiet and good quality.

This is the newest model of my previous printer which has performed well over the years, but although I have managed to set it up for copying and printing documents from my computer, I have completely failed to be able to set it up for scanning. Still struggling. Far too much new tech in the instructions now making it almost incomprehensible. Very disappointed.

You know those free 3 months of ink? Yeah, don’t bother, if you don’t keep up with the subscription they will brick the cartridges, doesn’t matter if they’re used or unused. The printer itself barely connects to WiFi and is constantly throwing up errors. Save your money
