Difficult to put the paper in. Hard to read the display. Almost impossible to change the cartridges so fiddly you need good manual dexterity and small hands! I loved my last HP printer so this is a disappointment. Print quality is good hence 3 stars.

I wanted an easy to use printer. I bought my HP printer and set it up next to my internet/ WiFi router. I have found the air printer set up more frustrating than anything I have used before. My router constantly can’t connect with the printer and we have been going around in circles. Sometimes it prints but the next day it’s undiscovered again. I’ve checked my router and it’s ok. Very disappointing.

The set up was horendous. I couldn’t find anywhere in the app where I could cancel my old printer. I could only add a printer. I couldn’t interact with your printer assistant as she would only answer set questions. I felt I was left high and dry throughout the procedure.
